1 Mi to strip, large 4BR/ 3BA, Hot Tub, Pool, Game Room, Wi-Fi

Looking for that perfect place for your family vacation? Look no further! This comfortable and spacious cabin features 4 BR, 3 BA and is perfect for both families and couples. Its located in Woodridge Village, just a short 1 mile drive from all the fun at the strip with NO scary roads getting there. The cabin is very comfortable and features a Hot Tub, Hi-Speed WiFi, 5 Smart TVs, Games, and 3 decks for relaxing. There's 2 Seasonal community pools too!

You'll enter the cabin on the main floor where you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and spacious living area. There is enough seating for everyone to eat and relax together! The first king bedroom is also on this floor plus a full bathroom . Its perfect for the grandparents! There is a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well.

Head upstairs where you will find the next 2 King bedrooms. The first bedroom is also equipped with a desk for working while the other features its own private deck with chairs. There's another full bathroom shared by both the bedrooms.

On the lower level you will find the spacious game room. It features a full size pool table, foosball table, arcade game, board games and additional pull out queen sleeper sofa. Right off on the lower level deck is the Hot Tub. There's also another full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.
The 4th bedroom is also on the lower level and features two log twin bunk beds- Kids will love it!

Relax on the back three covered decks and front porch and enjoy the and 2 porch swings; there is room for everyone to have outside privacy.

The two resort pools (open Memorial- Labor day) are available to our guests! One is a 5 minute walk from the cabin, the other a quick 2 min drive.

This cabin is well equipped and very comfortable. Bring your family to "Its a Wonderful Life" for that vacation or family reunion you've always dreamed of!:)

There is level parking in front of the cabin that can accommodate 3-4 vehicles depending on size.

The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. We do not provide K cups so be sure to bring some of your own!

The HOA pools are open seasonally from Memorial- Labor day from 10am-10pm.

The cabin features 5 smart TVs. There is no cable.

For your convenience we have a pack n play, and high chair in the cabin.

Please note that the gas Fireplace is only operational from Oct 1 - March 31 as are all cabins in the area.

Absolutely no Smoking! If you smoke in the cabin or on any of the decks you will lose your security deposit and can be charged cleaning fees of up to $1000.

**NOTE! This cabin is winter friendly but we do not offer refunds for weather. Please check the weather before you come and be prepared with all-wheel-drive and groceries should it snow.

Access: The front door has an electronic lock, you will be provided the code a few days before check-in.

BBQ: There is a charcoal BBQ located in front of the cabin to the right of the porch. Please note that it's just not feasible to clean this after every guest, and so you may have to clean it before use, depending on how the last guest left it. We do not provide charcoal.

Cell service is generally good in the cabin. There is no landline in the cabin

We provide a starter set of coffee, laundry detergent, dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, 1 toilet paper per bath, organic body soap, Mountain Fresh Nourishing shampoo, and trash bags per reservation. There is no daily housekeeping service.
