The house is 3,188 square feet, and can sleep 14 people, and also comes with a pool and hot tub. New floors in downstairs living room, upstairs living room, dining room, hallways, and stairs (as of May - 2023). New kitchen cabinets and drawers (as of May - 2023). New HVAC system (as of Sep - 2023). We’re back on VRBO after a 15-month hiatus!

First Floor:

- Dining room (8 people), nook (4 people), breakfast bar (4 people). Plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together.

-Frozen Room. (2 Twin beds, SmartTV 4k 58”).
-Full Bathroom. This bathroom is located between the King Room and Frozen Room. However, this bathroom does not have direct access to either room.

The home has one pack n play, baby feeding table, and stroller.

***Pool can be heated for an additional $40/day fee with a minimum 3-day charge. Please note the spa heat is connected to the pool heat.
