The bottom level is an enclosed 2-car garage, perfect for storing all your beach items. Take the main entry to the 2nd level, and you'll find a spacious living area designed in peaceful, earthy tones. The tile flooring makes cleanup easy, and the open kitchen-dining-living room floor plan invites lots of conversation. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen or large-screen TV for hours of relaxation. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a quaint balcony space that overlooks the front entry. There is a full bathroom in the hall just outside of the 2nd bedroom. Perfect for families.

This townhome is just steps from the beach via a private boardwalk after you exit the staircase from the home's balcony. The complex is within one mile of the world-famous Flora-Bama, close vicinity to many restaurants, and within walking distance of the Crab Trap restaurant or beach outlet store across the street. Enjoy the new bike/walking path that extends miles through the state park and into Perdido Key - perfect for a morning jog, bike ride, or evening walk as you watch the beautiful sunset.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
