This private gated community is situated around a stocked lake, resort style pool, outdoor pavilions, dog park, nature trails, playground, bridges, fishing docks, and wooded preserve. It is a stone's throw from Draper Lake - one of Florida's rare dune lakes - and a five minute cart/bike ride from shopping, dining, and public beach access.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

New to the rental market, this beautifully designed 30A home features top-of-the-line fixtures, fittings, and appliances throughout. The covered front porch leads into the spacious, open-plan living/dining room with a large smart TV equipped with cable. The dining area table comfortably seats eight people.

The kitchen area is replete with premium upgrades - stainless steel appliances, farmhouse apron sink, gas range, dual coffee maker (drip and K cup) and all the kitchen utensils, crockery, and glassware you could need for your stay. This private king bathroom includes a huge walk-in shower and double vanity sink. This bedroom also provides access to the screened-in back porch and charcoal grill.

Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms with two queens, a king and a queen bed respectively. The king room serves as the second floor master bedroom and provides french door access to the roomy balcony. All bedrooms come with private en suites and cable-equipped smart TVs.

The home provides four brand-new beach cruisers, beach gear, a charcoal grill, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a long driveway able to accommodate two cars. There is a golf cart garage should you wish to rent one during your stay.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
