Great spot

This was a great spot with a wonderful classic mid century feel. Teenagers loved all the games on the property, pool was beautiful and it was a beautiful oasis to spend Easter weekend! Super clean and management company was available and very responsive!

Picture perfect house in Palm Springs!

Picture perfect house in Palm Springs! We had a very relaxing long weekend at The Flat on Alexander. Great location, easy access to downtown Palm Springs. From the moment you arrive, the house is one adorable instagram moment after another. The amenities are right on point - we loved playing bocce ball at sunset, relaxing on the pool floats, making coffee in the fancy coffee machine (thank you for the laminated book showing step by step instructions on how to use the machine!), doing our morning yoga with the provided yoga mats on the "yoga deck," and even making s'mores around the firepit! Definitely recommend!

"From the cacti garden in the breezeway entrance to the color scheme in each room to the glassware and even the in-home guidebook, every piece of this beautiful home was prepared with loving care and attention to detail. Every square inch of the house, both inside and out, was carefully considered for maximum beauty and function. Once you arrive, there’s not a whole lot of reason to leave (but we do offer some suggestions if you want to).

We designed this space to be our home away from home, and we want you to feel like it’s your home away from home, too! We’re so grateful to have the opportunity to host travelers who are seeking a Mid-Century Modern experience in this renowned vacation destination. Our hope is to offer this one-of-a-kind experience to friendly and respectful guests so they can taste a little slice of the desert paradise we’ve come to know and love."
