Just a short drive outside of the town of Truckee, there is much to love when entering this home. Its unique and modern details feature wall-to-wall windows, an expansive deck with great views, and community amenities like a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts and basketball courts. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and high end stainless steel appliances. There are two dining tables for guests just beyond the kitchen, along with the spacious yet cozy feeling living room. The leather arm chairs and sofas coupled with the fireplace, heirloom rugs and one of a kind artwork really set this home apart. Step out onto the deck with views of the valley and mountains. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, along with a full sized bathroom on the main level. Go up the grand staircase to find dual primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Bright tile details along with another deck and even better views can be found upstairs. The community offers a pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna and tennis. There is also golf nearby, along with the town of Truckee and the Lake Tahoe North Shore towns of Kings Beach and Tahoe City. Northstar at Tahoe and Palisades Tahoe ski resorts are all nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
