LUXURY RENTAL: Fully furnished home with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, huge screened lanai with pool were you can take a splash after a long day. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and two main living areas gives the feeling of interior space - yet privacy if you need it. Close to the Englewood Beach, Manasota Beach, Pass Blind Beach, restaurants, golfing, stores & hospitals. Great neighborhood, clean and fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation and for the beach. Several golf courses and amazing beaches: Boca Grande (the most beautiful sunsets) & Englewood, Venice, Manasota Beaches (good place to find sharks teeth). Siesta Key about 30 miles away. You will need a vehicle to go shopping which is only a few minutes away. There is a taxi service available in the area. You can ask us any questions if you choose this romantic house because we care about your experience. I hope that you will find what you are looking for. NOTE: Pool heating will be available during a winter time ONLY (OCTOBER-MARCH) for an additional $20.00 a day. Request to add POOL HEAT should be submitted at the time of the booking, if you will request POOL HEAT after check in, it will be $45.00 extra charge.

Nice house in Englewood

We rented the house for a four day stay to be in town to see family. House was as described; earlier reviews accurate in that there is some mold in shower grout. We did not find it dirty at all as described in the winter 2023 reviews. All was clean, there were coffee makers, and we had no problem getting into the house. Communication with the owner through VRBO was easy. There were ants in the dining room, but the owner warned about that in the instructions. We had trouble finding extra towels--only one was in each of the smaller bathrooms, and we did not find beach towels. There were beach chairs and equipment in the garage which was very nice. Pool was lovely. My only recommendations would be more silverware (We had 6 people in the house and went through the silverware quickly), and to switch to a code lock as having only one key was tricky with more than one family staying in the home. Thank you!

The property is fine. Not a convenient location but a nice house. The rental agents are the absolute worst! They refuse to answer messages left on the site (as the site requests) in a timely fashion. When we could not get into the house, calls went to voicemail and when we finally got them to send "Boris" out, he explained how it was "inconvenient" for him. That is all you really need to know.

Nice home and location

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood we really enjoyed our stay after dealing with a few problems. Home lacked cleanliness the floors needed to be washed, pool area needed hosing down, this situation became apparent when everybody’s feet became black. One of the sliding doors wasn’t able to be locked we secured it ourselves but it is still an issue. Garage in shambles empty boxes from appliances and other stuff stacked up not disposed of. Lawn needed mowing when we arrived but wasn’t cut for another three weeks. Maintenance needs to be improved guests shouldn’t nave to deal with these issues at the beginning of their stay. Maintenance responded on a couple issues promptly.

The house is divided beautifully, it did however need a deep cleaning! When we arrived proper instructions were not given for the key pad. After numerous calls & emails to Property manager we finally were told the missing piece to the code. You would assume that the correct information would be given prior to arrival. We communicated with property manager that there was an issue with keypad as it was making noise, at no time did anyone come out to see what was happening. It turns out that the batteries needed to be replaced & we had to buy them -twice as the keypad is not working properly. We were told that some one would drop off a key to ensure we could get in the house yet no one came & of course no key. Our saving grace was that the sliding glass door in the back does not lock & we were able to enter house. Again we communicated with property manager that slider was broken no one came as management was non responsive to our requests! Sheets for beds need to be replaced, as they didn’t fit beds properly & pillows as well. We ended up having to buy some kitchen utensils and a coffee maker. It would have been nice if there was a gas grill instead of charcoal.

Nice stay

The house is beautifully decorated and the pool was wonderful. Host responsive to communication. It just wasn't a good fit for our group of 6 - myself, spouse, 2 adult sons and my in-laws. There are 2 family/sitting rooms (only one with a TV) and neither had comfortable sitting for more than 4-5. We like to watch movies together and that wasn't possible here. The bedroom I was in didn't have any outlets available on my side of the bed to plug my phone in. We used the 6 beach towels and 3 of the beach chairs for our beach jaunts which was nice.
