Our little nook is historic... the house is 101 years old!

Mix recent renovations with timeless hardwood floors, original antique windows, and the magic of nostalgia in every room.

For the future folk, we've added a lot since 1920! Kick back with lightning-fast fiber optic internet, fresh-brew coffee maker, and three immersive 4K Smart TV's for leisure on demand (one in each bedroom and a 75" 4K Smart TV in the living room!)

Yes, we have lightning-fast fiber optic internet and WiFi, in fact, we're known for some of the fastest internet in the U.S., which we're very proud of :)

"What's the monthly rate? Can I lease month to month?"

If there's a full month available with no existing bookings, you're welcome to select the dates and the app will show you the pricing breakdown for your date range. We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 20% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through the app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease).

"Is there a pet fee? Weight or breed restrictions?"

Yes, we require a pet fee for furry friend (dogs only, no cats). If the platform allows you to select that you’re bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. You’ll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking.

We have no weight or breed restrictions. Pet fees are due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to 2 dogs during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way.

“What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”

Our minimum age required to book is 18 :)

“Do you offer payment plans?”

By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the unlikely event that one is available, you will see the option when booking.

"How many TV's are in the house?"

There are 3 high definition 4K TV's (living room + one per bedroom) and lightning fast Wifi throughout the house for on demand entertainment.

Cute Home to Visit Family

The home was the perfect base for me and my family to visit nearby family for a long weekend. Communication with the host was great and the check-in/out processes could not have been easier. Only feedback was the address listed was the appropriate street address, but showed as "Chattanooga, TN". If I hadn't grown up in town, that would've been very confusing to me and probably had me driving to the wrong place. To be clear, the house is in "Soddy-Daisy, TN" at the street address listed. Other than that, great place to sleep, clean up and visit our family.

The home and property were located in a quiet area, but it was still close to town. I believe 5-10 mins away from restaurants, and shopping. There is a museum close by as well. The home was so nice. My husband was in love with the floors. Everything was clean. They had everything we needed even soap and shampoo. There were plenty of cookware and dishes for us to use as well. When we arrived they had set up sparkling juice and wine glasses for us. It was the most welcoming gesture. The firepit outside was equipped with wood to use, and marshmallow skewers. The picnic table was great to have. We took advantage of it and had tea outdoors. It was such a nice weekend here. We will be booking again.

Central to Activities

Clean, well-kept and updated eclectic home centrally located making trip to Chattanooga and area parks. All amenities on hand for preparing meals and feeling almost at home. Enjoyed large tv’s and movie selections. Pet friendly. Kind, helpful property owner/manager.

Adorable property in cute area outside of Chattanooga!

We just finished up our stay here. The house was super cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is within walking distance to a lake for fishing and kayaking. The neighborhood is quiet, low traffic, and was a nice little getaway. It was only a short drive to a few restaurants and not far at all from the touristy areas like Ruby Falls and Rock City. The best part though is how close it was to Big Soddy Creek Gulf, which has trails for hiking and swimming holes for swimming! The house was clean, well stocked, and had enough sleeping space for our group. Derek stayed in contact in case we needed anything and was all around a great host! We will definitely book here again!
