First floor suite to yourself includes private room with bath and private front door entrance.

Only 10 - 15 minutes from following Downtown, Uptown, Trinity Groves, Bishop Arts District, Deep Ellum, White Rock Park, Dallas Arboretum, Dallas Zoo, Design District, American Airlines Center, Maverick Stadium, tourist attractions, Arlington, Fort Worth, both Lovefield & DFW airports and more!

This first floor suite is all yours! We are located on a main street. During the day there is car noise, but you'll sleep calmly with little noise at night. We live on 2nd floor, but give guests their space. The 2nd floor living quarters and amenities will remain private.

***Please note: This property is a new construction community. There isn’t any construction anymore. You do not need to walk through any construction. The walkways are available. ***

You have access to all major highways 30, 35, Dallas Tollway. Shopping center with gym and restaurants directly across the street. I will provide suggestions for you if needed!

Poor Communication Skills

Owner did not have in the description that she would be staying upstairs with her dogs and coming in and out the Vrbo to walk dog. Listing is literally just a room and bathroom.

Not the best experience

Wouldn’t recommend staying here more than one night, maybe two. It’s in a weird area and you can’t access the front door of the property bcuz it’s off of a main road so to enter the property or for any deliveries etc you have to walk around to the back where the condo garages are. Also wish the listing would have explained that the bedroom is adjacent to the main road so there will be road noise and car lights all day and night plus people walking by. If you do stay definitely recommend an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping. I also woke up after my first night to ants all over my bags and the room, so on top of not being well rested I was just extremely uncomfortable. Ended up having to cut my trip short. Requested a refund for the days I did not stay and the host simply stated that they could not issue a refund per the VRBO policy. When I spoke to VRBO they stated refunds are at the hosts discretion. Counting this as a lesson learned and sticking to places I’ve already stayed.

Beautiful home with kind host

I loved staying at this property because it was so easy to get to and from downtown, and it’s right across the street from some good restaurants. Noises from the neighboring street are minimal in the night and the host upstairs is also quiet. She checked in on multiple occasions to see whether I needed anything.

Clean and comfortable

The room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The host supplied everything you would need for just a night or two.
