This three-bedroom, three-bath condo is mere steps from the beach. It features a walk-out patio, sunny living accommodations, and spacious sleeping quarters. Up to ten guests are welcome to enjoy the comforts provided by this Gulf-front vacation rental.

Mainsail 215 features a large, open floorplan that consists of the living area, dining room, and kitchen. A vibrant seating ensemble in the living room creates a casual, relaxed setting—perfect for a beach vacation. The setup includes a white couch, a striped armchair, and two tropical-inspired accent chairs. The furniture faces a wall-mounted TV provided for entertainment. Coastal décor adds to the beachy feel, and a full mirrored wall accentuates the room’s spaciousness. A glass door in the corner opens onto a breezy porch, from which guests can stroll directly to the nearby beach access. Back inside, the dining area features a hardwood topped table with bench seating and two chairs, which sit beside a large sun and moon wall sculpture. Adjacent to the dining area, you will find a built-in wine bar with a wine cooler, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen has a long breakfast bar with four stools and lots of counter space.

The master bedroom is a luxury suite of its own, featuring a king-size bed, an overstuffed armchair, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the furnished porch. It also has a master bath with a glass-walled, walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms includes a queen-size bed, sunny window, and private bath. The third bedroom is a bunk room that is great for the kids. It has two twin bunks and access to a full hall bath.

The resort has two swimming pools, an expansive patio with lounge chairs, a children’s wading pool, a hot tub, and picnic tables and grills beneath a shaded pergola.
