Welcome to Lilo's in The Keys!

This immaculate getaway has been a treasured destination for years. You will love this waterfront vacation rental with a private pool, tropical landscaping & a tiki patio, which is located in Key Colony Beach, FL which is next to Marathon, FL. We fell in love with this home and are excited to share our experience with other vacationers!

You will feel right at home in the bright, fully equipped, custom kitchen where you will find a full oven/range, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, blender, mixer and even wine glasses safe to have by the pool! This will be a great place for cooking up your catch of the day! There is also a quaint counter with three bar height chairs off of the kitchen.

The living area offers a comfortable couch, nesting tables, a T.V. and best of all, a beautiful view to the patio, pool and the deep-water canal.

The first bedroom upon entering this cozy cottage is off of the kitchen area and has a cozy queen-sized bed, bedside tables, a dresser, a t.v. and a spacious wardrobe for hanging your clothes.

The second bedroom off of the living area provides you with a very comfy queen-sized Sealy Posturepedic, a ceiling fan, a closet and a t.v. with a window view of the tropical landscaping out back.

The bright and fully renovated bathroom offers a shower and bathtub as well as a washer & dryer combo.

Walk out the back door to paradise with a tiki patio equipped with a table, chairs and a grill. Hop into the cool and refreshing pool that has built-in seating by way of 3 in-water stools to sit on while cooling off and it's a great spot to watch the sun set over the canal!

The property offers a composite dock, and space for up to a 26' boat (including the motor). On the dock, you have a fish cleaning table for getting your catch ready for the grill. The canal is wide and deep enough to accommodate almost any boat up to 26'! The dock offers two dock cleats to tie up to, a boarding ladder for low tide and posts for your fenders. You are just minutes from reaching the Gulf and the Atlantic!

Use your passes to Glunz Resort Beach just a 2-minute walk from Lilo's!

A 2-minute walk will bring you to Havana Jacks Oceanside Restaurant, a tiki lounge and restaurant with amazing food, live music and beautiful ocean views! It is a great place to watch the sunset!

About a block up the road there are tennis courts and a playground.

There is a golf course and other recreation offerings nearby.

If you don't have a boat, there are several fishing charters in the area, one by the name of Northstar Charters & Tours, just 0.4 mi from the home, a two-minute drive, or you can use the fishing poles at the house and try to catch some fish out on the canal out back!

Less than a mile away, you will find the wonderful Sunset Park Beach.

A five-minute drive will get you to the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters which was voted the best place to take the kids 5 years in a row!

There is so much to do in Key Colony Beach ~ You won't want to leave! :)

Magic in Marathon

My husband and I stayed at Lilo’s in The Keys for our anniversary and boy did it not disappoint!! The listing details are spot on. The space is perfectly equipped and so ready for you to jump right into vacation mode! The hours of swinging and chatting in the hammocks under the tiki will be a forever memory for us. Everything you could possibly need access to is within minutes to this space. We had a beautiful blend of poolside relaxin, coffee time at the canal, bike ride exploring, beach side mudslides seconds away from the front door and top down jeep cruising to Key West! This was the most memorable vacation to date for us and Lilo’s played a huge part in that. We will be repeat customers for sure (if there’s availability [insert winking emoji]. Our Cozy Getaway

This is the third year we have stayed at this property, and it is more than deserving of repeat visits! The owners are VERY responsive and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The weather was cool and breezy during our stay, but the heated pool allowed us to still enjoy the water during an otherwise chilly getaway. The back porch is our favorite hangout -- we found ourselves eating all our meals there and lounging there until late in the evening. Can't wait for our next visit!

Fantastic stay!

This is a terrific house in an amazing community. The location in Key Colony Beach is perfect and you are close to many restaurants and attractions. The house is extremely well maintained and stocked, very clean, and nicely decorated. Out the slidiing glass door is a beautiful tiki hut, pool, and access to the canal. The outside area is very well maintained and meticulously landscaped. We used the kayaks multiple times and there are great waterways to explore. LeeAnne, the owner is amazing to deal with. LeeAnne is in constant communication and is extremely helpful. I highly recommend Lilos! We stayed five weeks and already reserved for next January.

My husband Jim and myself (LeeAnn) moved to Florida because we love the tropical weather, the palms, the ocean and the beaches and we wanted to take it one step further when we fell in love with this home in the middle Keys!

A little bit about us! Jim and I grew up in Minnesota (Lots of snow!!!) and then we lived in Colorado, (where there is a little less snow - but there is still snow)! We have always enjoyed traveling, boating and fishing and warm ocean breezes. Traveling to the Keys has been our favorite thing to do over the past several years. We had always just driven straight through to Key West, and, don't get me wrong, I LOVE Key West, but I had no IDEA what we were missing out on here in Key Colony Beach! I am so glad we found this adorable get-away in this beautiful little town!

We are thrilled to share our special get away with you and hope that you will love it as much as we do!

As soon as we walked into this home, we fell in love with the bright and welcoming feel of it. It just felt like somewhere you'd want to spend your time away-from-it-all! The kitchen is fully updated, and it is very roomy. The home overall feels very spacious! The back yard is so nicely landscaped and is a great place to relax. The heated pool has 3 water bar stools and it is a great amenity to this home! As we stood on the dock, looking into the beautiful waters of the canal, jellyfish greeted us upon our very first time there! The canal waters are breathtaking! This place has everything one would want in a vacation home!
