Our condo is FAMILY FRIENDLY, including a beach umbrella, X Box, umbrella stroller, new pack n play, new high chair, board games, beach toys, folding beach wagon to carry your beach gear, rolling cooler, beach towels, children's books, and many more family friendly amenities! Sandy Sunsets is located on the 18th floor with a short, easy, covered walk to the beach or the beach-front pool, accessible by the only covered crosswalk (air conditioned--on the 2nd floor) in Gulf Shores, so you won't ever have to worry about crossing the street, to get to paradise. This condo offers unobstructed, million dollar views with all the amenities you'll need or want, without the million dollar beachfront prices! Just a couple minute walk to the beach via an air conditioned Skywalk crosswalk!

Our condo has been completely renovated with all new paint throughout, all new stainless-steel appliances, all new beds, all new mattresses, all new bedding, all new 52" Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, an x box in the living room with 2 contollers, as well as shiplap just added; offering a cozy, clean, classic, beachy vibe.

Enjoy the convenience of a keyless lock system on the entry door, making your stay safe and secure, with your own code for your stay; no need to worry about keys.

Parking Notes: A parking pass is included in your fees and will be in your unit when you arrive. Please message me for a second parking pass for a fee of $60. There is a maximum of two (2) parking passes. Please fill out the information requested on the passes and keep it in your vehicle during the duration of your stay, so you do not get ticketed or towed.

There will be seven (7) amenity wristbands left in the condo for your use during your stay. Please leave them on the counter upon your departure.

You will have one parking pass included and 1 additional parking pass can be purchased for $60

You'll have access to all the amenities at this sought out complex, which include:

Large, heated indoor pool, just off the lobby

1 large pool and jacuzzi, located at the base of Crystal Tower, just off the lobby

1 amazing pool across the 2nd floor, air conditioned crosswalk, beach-front, with a lazy river, and large jacuzzi. This pool is the largest beach-side pool in Gulf Shores with an oversized deck, plenty of chairs, gazebo area, lazy river, full restrooms, and a beautiful and spacious view deck.

This location is simply unbeatable! You are literally steps away from the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico - all you have to do is grab your beach towels and your sunscreen and head to the beach and pools! If you're looking for endless family-friendly activities, you must head to Highway 59, as its home to all sorts of family-friendly activities, including Waterville USA, Tiki's Mini-Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises and water sports rentals.

Well appointed condo!

We have a lovely time here at this condo for a week. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the property staff is fantastic! The cleanliness of pool areas was very clean. Close to beach and the three pools. What could be better: Correct code to enter condo Notice we needed foil and plastic wrap More than 1 roll of toilet paper Crab utensils would have been helpful The large pool is unheated and too cold to swim in-please heat? Beautiful condo just a few minor hiccups!

Cute place, great location

The condo was very cute. View was great. Beach was great and large/less crowded than other areas. Large balcony was nice. Everything you needed was there. Great place for our family of 4. Only downside (out of the owners control) is that one of the two outdoor pool/hot tubs were out of order during our stay. This left the small pool overcrowded and the hot tub unusable. great stay, would recommend.

Lovely Condo with Great View

This truly is a fantastic property! We loved the beach themed condo! The colors and decor are perfect! The view from the huge deck is phenomenal. Amanda was nothing but nice. We did run into an issue during check in. The code we were given to get into the condo didn’t work. We couldn’t get ahold of her via VRBO messages, calls, or texts. The property manager of the condo tried the same thing with no luck. They couldn’t legally give us a key without the owner’s permission. My toddler was tired of traveling all day, and I was nearly in tears. She ended up recovering from surgery, which we didn’t know, of course. These things absolutely happen, but I’d maybe suggest giving a future renter an emergency contact number should a situation arise like this again. We were starting to look into hotels. Eventually, her mom reached out to the property manager. It was close to 2 hours that we couldn’t get in. Not a lot in the grand scheme of things, but we had bought cold groceries since it was before our check in time. The property manager was nice enough to let us use their fridge and freezer. We unpacked our whole car, repacked it to go to a hotel, and then unpacked the car again. Obviously, this incident probably won’t repeat itself, but it did start our vacation off on the wrong foot. It was just an unfortunate timing of everything. We did have a lovely time after the first couple hours. We appreciated the toddler amenities immensely!

Late summer vacation

Great location. Great pool area but a little disappointed about the beach area for the complex. Condo provided all basic needs including high chair, pack n play and beach toys and cooler.

Relaxing stay at sandy sunsets

Visited for a week in early August with my family of 5. The kids usually bicker about sharing a room, but loved staying together in the guest room with the cool lofted bed. The condo was very clean and had all the beach necessities which was a huge help since we traveled by plane. There were ample beach chairs, buckets and large shovels for the kids to enjoy the beach. Amanda was very responsive and clearly takes so much pride in her home. It is even more charming in person. We would definitely recommend this unit. It was a very short drive or long walk to the hangout and some beach shops. It was also about 15 minutes to other popular restaurants and attractions like lulus, tacky jacks and the track. The amenities at crystal shores were also a plus. We loved rotating from the beach to the pool.
