Please remember that you're staying an apartment please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Cleaning is provided once a week when your stay is for 6 or more days, lawn maintenance is twice a week & pool/common area maintenance is daily except for Sundays.

We have solar panels, septic tanks, well water, cisterns that hold water for back up and our water system are supplied via gravity to save energy, and is a self-sustained paradise.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ DURING YOUR STAY AND CHECK-IN★

You will be greeted upon check-in and keys will be provide, may be a tour of the amenities if you have questions. Sometimes it will be self check in if we cannot greet you. For check-outs before 8 AM it be a self check out. Instructions will be sent to what type of check in is. Other wise will leave you rest.

★ If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. Once in a while we will send messages to see how everything is going with the rental.

I am a retired lady who travels alone it was too isolated for me. The closest bank was 25 miles and no grocery store 25 miles. I am used to resorts with my timeshares so I wasn’t expecting to be out in the middle of nowhere I cannot walk to the beach because of my lungs, so if you enjoy solitude and peace and quiet, it’s a great place just not for me but the staff and the host were great

When we looked at how close it was from the ocean and beautiful skies that was first thing we saw when we bought the land. We knew then this was the right place for any visitor to be away from the noisy and busy life or work and city. Plus the fresh oysters they pull out of these waters are amazing
