Arriving at this five-bedroom home with nearly 3,000 square feet, you’ll notice that there’s plenty of parking for up to five cars. The entire family can relax and enjoy watching movies on the flat screen TVs or use the blazing fast WiFi from anywhere in the home.

If soaking up the sun is on your agenda, the outdoor patio and screened pool are the perfect spot to spend the afternoon. What’s not to love?

The Space:
The home has a dream layout for multiple traveling families. There are 3 distinct areas of the house where multiple groups can have complete privacy. The main level boasts four bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. In one corner of the main level, the downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed and offers a fouton-style convertible couch, warm colors, a private bath, and has pool access as well. On the other side of the main level, there are three more bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and finally the kids’ room, which has two twin beds and a bunkbed for the oh-so-fun slumber parties. The three bedrooms in this corner share a bathroom with tub.

The upstairs level features only the master bedroom en suite, complete with a king-size bed, private sleeping area with a day bed, double sinks in the bath, and an expansive walk-in closet to store your luggage. This lovely room enjoys French doors that lead out to a balcony. An entire family could stay in the upstairs suite alone.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood, and it's only 2 miles from the beach! Bars, restaurants, the ocean, it's all right there. You're also 5 minutes from the largest mall in St. Pete, which has more restaurants and shopping.

Getting Around:
This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it's not really that walkable. There is a nice nearby park that you can walk to. But almost everywhere you'd want to go -- downtown Gulfport, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, etc. -- is a 5-7 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
-All pets are welcome, and we have a $50 pet fee which covers all pets. Please note as you book that you will be asked if you will be bringing a pet. Mark yes, which will cause Airbnb to collect the pet fee.
-Driveway can hold 6 parked cars. Unfortunately, there is no street parking. There is a nearby park if you'd like to use short-term parking. Ask the host (Rob) for where that is.
-This house is in a residential neighborhood, so please keep the noise down after 9pm.
