Absolutely stunning studio condo in the iconic Golden Sands! Private balcony offers amazing direct ocean views, and overlooks the building's sun deck. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Murphy bed & sofa bed allows the unit to sleep 4 comfortably. Includes HBOMAX, Disney+, and elec fireplace. Stylish bathroom with toilet and shower conveniently separated from sink. Building offers restaurants, pools, game rooms, and more! Golden Sands has a $75 registration fee.

The Groovy Octopus is a newly renovated oceanfront studio with amazing views from the private balcony. The unit has an upscale feel, and is relaxed and inviting. We offer free Disney+ and HBOMax, which you can watch while being cozy in front of the electric fireplace. Board games, a renovated bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen round out this wonderful unit.

The building has many amenities to enjoy in summer as well as the off-season. Golden Sands charges a $75 registration fee at check in.

You may want to bring slippers or thick socks if staying in the winter. The floor is tile and can be cold even if the unit is warm.

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

Golden Sands offers the following amenities:

Year-round - indoor pool, fitness center, game room on 22nd floor, private beach area.

Additional seasonal amenities - tennis, beach volleyball, outdoor pool, outdoor kids pool, tiki bar, private beach area chairs, sundeck chairs.

Please know that the Golden Sands building may close certain amenities (including the pools) at their discretion. Unfortunately we do not have any control over this but will provide as much advance notice as possible of any closings.

There is a $75 registration fee at check in (this covers your entire group for the stay!) Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building's discretion.

Unit is accessed through an electronic door lock, and we'll send you the code the morning of check in day. Host can be contacted through Airbnb 24/7 during, before, and after your stay. Building also offers on-site staff at all hours.

Get settled into the Golden Sands, with tons of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, steam rooms, fitness center, game room, deli, bakery, outdoor bar, and more!

Entire top floor of the building is amenities/event space, with incredible ocean and bay views like you've never seen before. After swimming in the pool on the 22rd floor, you'll never want to leave.

Please Note: The only animals allowed in this unit are service animals, which we welcome. But please be aware, the Golden Sands building requires guests with service animals to alert them in advance and to bring documentation of vaccinations.

There are lots of ways to get around Ocean City...including walking, biking, the local bus, Uber, taxis, or driving!

This North Ocean City location is near many great bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and beautiful 58 acre North Side Park. The park has a fishing/crabbing pier, walking/jogging/biking path, sports fields, playground, outdoor fitness area, and a rec center with many classes! The iconic OC boardwalk is a short drive or bus ride away.

NOTE: On June 27th 2024, from 11am - 1pm, there will be a technician entering the condo to service the HVAC.

Minimum age to book is 24.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Our Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% of the nightly rate, plus the cleaning fee.
If guests cancel within 7 stays of check in, no refund will be sent.
