Nice property, could use customer service training

This property was nice, but could use some improvement. First, the black band got us unlimited access to the property, food and drinks. This was nice except we noticed that almost anyone with a band, no matter the color had the same access. The staff were not checking. Next, the unlimited food and drinks is a nice amenity if you like water down alcohol and a few food options. Our room was nice, but it needed to be cleaned again. We did not get face towels the entire stay and the jacuzzi on the balcony did not work and was disgusting. We were hounded to pick up a welcome packet which included a presentation of the vacation club. We then learned that we could have chosen a better room. That would have been helpful information while booking. The representative was nice until he realized that we were not buying the package. The spa was amazing. Overall, I see this property as more of a family property, there were kids everywhere, even in the adult only sections. The setting is beautiful. Lots of greenery, wild life and nature scenes.
