Splash Resort is The Best Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. Our 1603E is 1BD/2 BA. The condo is on the beach, with amazing gulf view. The condo includes a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a queen size sleeping sofa( a brand new).There is smart TV, Wifi. The entire family can enjoy amazing views from the gulf-front balcony or while dining in the open concept fully equipped kitchen. Aqua Park, Lazy River (seasonal) , Pools, pools heated and other amenities complementary come with our unit!

Our condo is located in the unique and one of the best condominiums in Panama City Beach, Florida - Splash! Splash offers 400 feet of sandy beach, with Aqua Park, Several heated pools, heated pool right now, a heated Lazy river, (the lazy river is closed from 4 Jan to 1 Mar) and a seasonal poolside bar and grill. We also have an arcade, a game room, and a fitness center.

Our unit is located on the 16th floor in the East Tower. We have a king bed in the master( new mattress 2023) twin bunk beds in the hallway, a queen sofa bed ( new 2022) in the living room.Washer in unit. We have 2 flat-screen TVs, and Free WiFi. We have a smart TVs 75 inches and 55 inches in the condo. You can connect it with your phone and watch your favorite shows!
We have a washer and dryer in the condo as well as iron and the iron board. The entire family can enjoy amazing views from the gulf-front balcony or while dining in the open concept and a fully equipped kitchen
Guest access
The $25 parking fee (for the whole stay for the whole family) should be paid at the time of registration. It includes up to 2 parking spots. After the parking pass payment, guests will receive a parking pass and armbands.
*Beach chairs are available for rent from March 1 - October 31
Splash palisade bar and grill are available from March 1- October 31
*Even though we love our furry friends, the resort does not allow any pets on their territory. Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied.
*Absolutely no smoking
*No parties allowed in the unit
