It's time for some Beachwater! This 2nd row Galveston Island home in gorgeous Beachside Village has everything you could want for your next beach vacation.

Booking this large home means the whole family can be invited – including your pup! They’ll love the fenced yard and taking long walks on the beach at sunrise. The elevator makes it easy to move luggage and groceries around for your group of up to 12 guests.

Inside, you’ll find contemporary finishes and generously sized rooms throughout. The open living area features abundant seating and flows right into the kitchen and dining space. The chef’s kitchen has a large island that seats 4, granite countertops, a gas range, pot filler, oversized refrigerator and freezer and plenty of storage space – perfect for preparing family meals or snacks between visits to the beach. The dining table seats up to 8 people and has a lovely view of the Gulf.

All 5 bedrooms boast private en suite baths and no bunk beds, making this a great choice for friends or families travelling together. Three bedrooms each have a king bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen and full bed, and the fifth bedroom has a queen. And each is beautifully appointed, so everyone will be comfortable, no matter which room they choose to rest their heads in.

Two covered decks and an extensive ground level patio are ideal for lounging, relaxing in the Gulf breeze, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, or enjoying a meal of fresh seafood cooked to perfection on the home’s charcoal grill. Make plans for your family to relax here, soon!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Many great features and short easy walk to the beach.
The property was great~~~roomy, large outdoor decks, bedroom, bathroom lay out was great. The kitchen could be better stocked and some things should be replaced. Dining area was small for our group so we ate many meals outside. One of the upstairs bedrooms did not have a remote so we couldn't use the ceiling fan. Our main complaint is that we were never told there was a new home being built right next door (same side of house as 4 of the 5 bedrooms). It made nap time very difficult for the two kiddos under 2. Also, the bedrooms that face the street ate flooded with lights from the neighbors which make it difficult to sleep~~rooms need some window treatments. We had to put blankets over the windows. With a few minor adjustments~~remotes for fans, window coverings, and a few additions to the kitchen supplies this is a great house. And the elevator is great for getting supplies up to the living spaces.
