Great 3 Bdrm Deluxe Family Resort Minutes From Disney World at Wyndham Reunion

Located in a private gated community, this 2300 acre resort provides amenities for all ages. There are three world class golf courses, a water park, casual dining, a kids playground, miniature golf, and outdoor pool. It is just a short drive away to experience Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios , as well as some of the best shopping and dining destinations.

UNIT AMENITIES: This 3 bedroom deluxe condo, sleeps a maximum of 8 people and includes king size beds in the master and second bedrooms, 2 double (full size) beds in the 3rd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and 3 full bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, and balcony or patio. The living room and each of the bedrooms includes a TV. The condo has a washer and dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. All linens and towels are included with more available upon request.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
* A refundable security deposit is required at check in
* The resort staff assign the units. Wyndham Reunion no longer takes unit requests in advance. If you have a preference, for example a golf course view, ask when you check in.
* A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
* Restaurant, bar, and golfcourse hours may vary seasonally.
* This resort is smoke free and pet free with a fine for not complying.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I may be able to suggest alternative dates near to the dates you’ve requested.

Please note: During prime season, there is a minimum 3 night stay requirement and 2 night minimum stay otherwise.

CHILD AMENITIES: The resort has pak-n-plays and high chairs that are free to guests on a first come, first serve basis. Ask them when you check in, and they will have housekeeping bring one to your room. They do not reserve those in advance.

TIMESHARE PRESENTATION: You will be considered a guest of an owner. You probably will be asked to attend a timeshare presentation but it is NOT a requirement. JUST SAY NO!

CANCELATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.
