Why go with a managed by owner condo?
1. Cuts down on the multiple fee thing, (with us its tax clean and condo and thats it, no processing, no amenity fee, no resort fee, blah, blah blah, although vrbo does have its fees) and

2. That means QUICK personal response time. I have people 15 minutes away should something be needed who are courteous efficient and customer service oriented.

Need to be in a boat to be closer to the water! See other listings we have also on VRBO titled typically Robs Condos as this is a new listing for us.

Family oriented! Not Panama City scene or even downtown Gulf Shores with the higher density of buildings and people

In the Plantation Dunes building we are second floor west facing (sunsets) with a large balcony with gulf view from both master bedroom and living room.
