Find comfort in the primary bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, 50 smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds, while the second bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

Relax with a crisp beverage on the private covered patio, which has a bistro table for two as well views of the pond. Spend blue-sky days by three community pools or practice your serve at the on-site tennis courts.

THINGS TO KNOW
The unheated pools are open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, dependent on weather.
Two pool passes are provided, each allowing access for up to three guests.
The living room fireplace is not operational. Samsung+ streaming is available.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
