Fun-filled beach days await at this stylish 3BR/2BA condo at the Carolina Bay Condominiums! Enjoy stunning views of the Intercoastal Waterway from your private balcony. Walk 9 minutes to the ocean, or relax by the shared pool. Highlights include modern décor and new appliances.

A plethora of restaurants, shops, and local attractions are within an easy 1.5-mile radius.

LIVING AREA

After a day by the waves, unwind in the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sofa. Watch a new movie on the 50 cable TV. Turn on the custom glass bead bed fireplace with a flick of a switch.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will appreciate the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

BED & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests over three bedrooms.

Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 60 cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, garden-style soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 42 cable TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a 42 cable TV.

The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sip morning coffee on the balcony, outfitted with seating for six.

Soak up the sun by the unheated on-site pool (6 deep), open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for two cars in the outdoor lot is provided.

This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

Please note the boat dock is not available for guest use.

Great Condo in a Fantastic Location.

The condo was lovely, and perfectly located for all Carolina Beach has to offer. Beaches were a few minutes walk and Canal Rd leads all the way to Freeman Park where you can take a 4 wheel drive if that is your thing. The complex is very close to all attractions and is within a few minutes walk of some great restaurants. It has a lovely pool that was rarely used. A perfect place to relax. Beware the cost of beach parking - Drop off at one of the many access points or bring a cart and walk or it’s $30 a day. Freeman Park is $50 to bring a car for the day. We spent two very pleasant weeks here and would recommend to any person thinking of visiting the beach.

Nice, clean and roomy apartment/condo

Accommodation was very good, as described - clean, roomy, well appointed. 3 good sized bedrooms and a large living room. The living room seemed almost too large and having only 1 sofa made the room less cozy. Another sofa, and a pop up toaster for the kitchen, would have helped, but overall a very nice, recommended place. Location was pretty much as described although the stated 10 minutes to the beach seemed longer, especially when loaded up with gear.

Sitting on the Dock of the Bay

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, close by to grocery stores/ restaurants but far enough from the boardwalk and crowds, the unit was spacious/clean, we would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

Great location to town, just a few blocks away. Shops and restaurants within a five minute walk. Pool was wonderful change from beach a few hours in morning or evening. View of canal was relaxing

Awesome place!

Very clean and spacious, very quiet, great view of the bay and marinas, close to town center, good parking, nice amenities. Great for about six folks. Would highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful and centrally located to all surrounding attractions. My only issue was that the front door keypad kept malfunctioning even though management changed the code several times, but overall great vacation!

Great Stay. Perfect Spot

Came with wife, two kids, and mother-in-law. Just a tremendous place that has access to all kinds of activities and food. Plenty of beach parking at a decent rate. Not overcrowded beaches like Jersey. The condo has a large living room and bedrooms. Plenty of space to hang if it’s too hot or rainy outside. Pool was right there for use and my son loved it. Great to sit on the deck in early morning with a coffee and watch pelicans, terns, gulls, and gulls fly over the marina!

Loved it!!

Well stocked kitchen, extremely spacious, very roomy deck and seating, pool was perfect, and the view of the canal was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay! Also very clean!

Great Place

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation in Carolina Beach. There is enough stuff to do around the area that you don't have to spend every minute on the beach. Ate at several local restaurants that were pretty good; rode the ferry to Southport; etc. The condo was pretty, well-stocked, and comfortable. The only problem we had was the storm Elsa that knocked out the wi-fi for three days (did not get it fixed before we left, although they tried), but the power never went out so we were ok. The walk to the beach is short, although you can't see it from the condo. Our only suggestion would be a new mattress in the master. Otherwise, we enjoyed it very much.

Nice place convenient to shopping, restaurants, beach

We had a nice stay. The condo is spacious and conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and the beach but is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had all the items we needed but like other rentals I've stayed in, there was some wear and tear like stained carpet in the bedrooms and a broken dryer. Overall, we liked the property, enjoyed our stay, and it met my family's needs. Our interactions with the property management company were good. We did encounter an issue during our stay and they were quick to take action.

Racist Neighbors

The condo was AMAZING! The customer service was great! However through no control of your own we would never go back. My black husband was racially profiled while on vacation getting ready to go fishing. The HOA approached him because a condo owner said “ a black man that doesn’t belong here is outside, and it’s not safe”. She literally said it’s because he’s black. We spend way too much on Air BNB rentals for racism we can get for free at home. The people that live there don’t want black people renting there. You should be aware of this. Community Beach Feel

My husband and I stayed for a week here. It was the perfect getaway & such a great experience! The people living & renting were so friendly and this property is amazing! The locals were very nice as well. Great place to get away without the crowds. We highly recommend staying as this property. Very clean, quiet, and great pool! Literally a 5 min walk to the boardwalk & beach.

August 2020 vacation

We had a good time at the beach however there were some inconveniences such as roofers directly over our condo almost every morning, dryer not working properly, killed several roaches inside condo, several on the outside, balcony furniture too dirty to sit on and very stained carpet in master bedroom. Overall less than average accommodations for the money. Would not rent this condo again.
