Sunrise Point is a beautiful, oceanfront, bright, and airy home situated on one of the best beachfront lots in the prestigious guard-gated community of Inlet Harbour.

This private piece of paradise is quiet and peaceful with spacious porches, a private pool, classic interiors and direct beach access. A cozy yet inviting atmosphere greets guests on the main level with an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. It’s all about gathering with family friends, cohesively blending indoor and outdoor living. Create your favorite dishes while enjoying the view in the fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

Just a golf cart ride away you will find a few of our favorite places - Gulf Stream Café and Marlin Quay, both offering coastal authentic meals with picturesque waterfront views. Guests love heading over for a cocktail at sunset! You will also find Marlin Quay Marina which is the only full-service marina in Murrells Inlet.

Sunrise Point offers a tranquil mornings, filled with the sounds of the ocean, sun-filled days spent at the beach, and peaceful nights sitting on one of the spacious porches.

INLET HARBOUR PARKING & VEHICLE POLICY
The Inlet Harbour is a gated community and requires a $100 vehicle fee per reservation, for up to 4 vehicles in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the community. This fee is included in your reservation and will be listed as a line item in your rental agreement. There will be a $25 fee required per additional vehicle, which would be added to your stay upon request. This home allows for up to 6 vehicles. Motorcycles and Golf Carts are not permitted within gated community.

Nice family vacation!

This house has a lot of room! We loved that every bedroom had a view of the ocean, and its own bathroom. This house is located at the point so it is secluded and private! It was very windy, so definitely bring your sweatshirts and take advantage of the mornings on the beach because by lunch time it gets very windy! We would definitely return again!

Peace Filled Beauty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we discovered this home with its spectacular setting and views, we were undone. You just don’t get this everywhere. It has been a real gift to our family to come here once every fall for four straight years and we will be returning next year for our fifth. It’s a wonderful property with such a relaxed setting and beautiful natural aesthetics. We simply love it!

Private retreat at the beach

We had a lovely stay with our family and 15 month old grandson. The porch was wonderful and we spent many hours reading and relaxing on it in amazingly comfortable porch furniture! Everything we needed to be comfortable away from home and lots of fun to be had.

BEAUTIFUL home in a FABULOUS location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: Great location in a private, gated community. This property has beautiful views, a private pool, 2 master bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The property is NOT located on a crowded, public beach. The management company along with the staff who provided the towels, chairs, umbrellas, set up/take down service, etc. all were fantastic to work with!SUGGESTIONS (although these would not stop us from renting this property again): The kitchen could have been better stocked with spices, etc. as has been the case with other places we've stay even during Covid. It would be beneficial if the kitchen had some type of additional ventilation to help remove the extra heat from the cooktop range and the oven. Maintaining a consistent air conditioning temperature in the living room, kitchen and first floor master bedroom was a little challenging. It was typical for the temperature in the rooms to raise to 78 degrees even with all of the blinds closed throughout the day, evening and overnight. This resulted in us having to set the thermostat to 68 degrees to achieve a comfortable temperature.All in all - Do not pass on renting this house. You will not be disappointed!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this home several times, and always enjoy our time there. The location is excellent and very private. Unfortunately, there were lots of wooden planks, many with rusty nails, full staircases, bricks, and other miscellaneous debris all washed up on the beach. This might be a county issue to correct, but it does need attention! The pool and deck area are lovely, and we enjoyed time both in the pool, as well as in the rockers on the porch. The home does state to sleep 14, and while that is feasible, we felt pretty cramped with our party of 9 when it came time to eat dinner or watch a movie together. The beds are comfortable and every room has a gorgeous view. Some ideas to improve the stay: sand and seal the rails on the decks to avoid splinters, organize the kitchen cabinets and make room for grocery items, purchase new pots and pans (especially the nonstick), and dust the cobwebs in the stairways. The management company was excellent and exceeded our expectations with their fantastic attention to detail and prompt service.
