An upgraded and completely open designer kitchen with prep island and bar seating for 4 is wonderfully equipped for preparing everything from quick snacks to full home-cooked meals. The adjacent social areas feature an elegant dining table for 6 and comfortable living room with plush furnishings and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

Guests have their choice of 3 private and spacious bedrooms that offer great sleeping options for any type of group. The primary bedroom is conveniently situated on the main floor and features a king bed and en suite bath. In town for business or a convention and need to check in with the office? Virtual commuters will appreciate the secluded desk area upstairs in bedroom 2 which also boasts a comfy king bed and smart HD TV. The third bedroom is on the upper level as well and has 2 twin beds and a cozy gaming nook ideal for escaping to read or play games. And 2.5 bathrooms ensure that there is always a space open when needed!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Green Ave Getaway is located less than a mile from and an easy walk to the Historic West End area of downtown Greenville. The West End is filled with award winning restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and art venues. Several popular attractions call this area home including the Peace Center, Warehouse Theater, Bowater Amphitheater, Shoeless Joe Museum and Statue, and the Children's Garden at Linky Stone Park. Highlights within walking distance of the property include:

• Falls Park on the Reedy holds a special place as the crown jewel of thriving downtown Greenville. The park is filled with flower beds and walking paths that meander around the Reedy River Falls. Over the falls spans the 345-foot Liberty Bridge, a sculptured concrete bridge that offers a lovely view of the park and is the only one of its kind in the U.S.
• The Swamp Rabbit Trail is a 22-mile walking and bicycling greenway that traverses along the Reedy River, an old railroad corridor, and city parks to connect the City of Travelers Rest with Greenville.
• A mini replica of Boston's Fenway Park, Fluor Field is host field of the Greenville Drive, a Class A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. It features a 30-foot-high "Green Monster," seats for more than 5,000 fans, and has a hand-operated scoreboard. Best part: the farthest seat is only 15 rows away from the field!

Looking for more adventure? A short drive will lead you to beautiful mountains, wonderful hiking trails, and amazing lakes with water sports galore. And Clemson University is just 45-minutes away!

GETTING AROUND
Greenville is easy to get around by car, rideshare, public transportation, or bicycle. The best way to experience Greenville first-hand is on foot, by bike or by riding the free Greenlink trolley which runs year-round Thursday through Sunday. If driving in from out of town, Greenville is easily accessible by car from Interstate 85, which runs right through the city.

Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is just 15 miles from the home and there are several car rental services including Hertz, Budget, and Avis and one taxi company at the airport. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

By booking, guest agrees to pay an additional security deposit prior to check in. Booking guest acknowledges that access to property will be denied until deposit is paid in full or reservation is forfeited without refund. Payment is collected via VRBO and is potentially fully refundable if all rules are honored. Refund is dependent upon ALL guests in the group honoring all House Rules, and is initiated after check out and after all payments have cleared and any needed resolutions made. Our hope is to provide a full deposit refund because the stay went smoothly.
