Welcome to our private apartment in the heart of Downtown Area! With 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 full beds), 2 baths, a futon, living room, and fully equipped kitchen, our apartment is perfect for couples, families, and groups up to 5 people. We are pet-friendly and offer free parking(driveway.)

The Apartment has two bathrooms with shower. The second bathroom is located outside and has a separate toilet and shower (this bath is shared).
*second bathroom will be available until March 2023

The apartment is centrally located, just two blocks from the downtown area where you can find shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, theaters, parks, the bay, and vibrant nightlife. Our apartment is on the first floor with a private entrance, providing easy access. Please note that this is a humble place, but very clean and affordable, not a five-star hotel.

We offer special discounts for longer stays - 5% off for 1-week rentals and 10% off for 1-month rentals. Plus, for long stays, we provide extra cleanings at no additional cost to keep the place fresh and clean.

Our apartment is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, beach towels, and basic kitchen supplies. We also provide a desk and chair for those who need to work remotely, with high-speed internet at 100 Mbps. We would be delighted to offer a baby crib(playpen) for toddlers upon request, to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Please let us know if you require that during your stay.

We are dog-friendly, allowing one pet up to 40 pounds with a pet fee of $70 USD. However, please be mindful of our house rules regarding pets to avoid any issues during your stay.

Enjoy free access to HBOmax during your stay, and make sure to take a stroll to the sunset way or bay side for beautiful views and fun activities. Lido Beach and St. Armand's Circle are just a 5-minute drive away, while Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex & Dog Friendly is just 3 minutes by car. Wouldn't stay again

None of the rooms had any dresser or drawers, only 1 small nightstand and no room to put anything. No hooks besides the closet with hangers, communication was very poor, it took them a few days to respond back. The house had a musty smell in it, not a fresh, pleasant smell. And the kitchen is not stocked well for making your own meals.

The VRBO listing said you could walk to restaurants, but you couldn't. There was not pool available for use. The pool shown on the listing was at Lido Beach which was 15 miles away. The original listing showed a washer and dryer but that was replaced with an outside bathroom, which we did not have access to. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable

cute & cozy

Cute & cozy but needs some painting and baseboard work. Closets have a musty smell which got on all of our clothes. Needs to put a washer/dryer on site. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location and price. Thanks, Diane

A great location…close to everything

We had a nice week. It was great to have 2 bedrooms, fully functional kitchen, and it was clean. We liked that it was a mile to town and close enough to Lido and Siesta beaches. We had good communication with the owner. 😊
