This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath spacious condominium is located at the northern end of Wildwood Crest, which puts you just steps to the beach and the southern end of the famous Wildwood boardwalk. There are a lot of great common area amenities here! The Monarch Condominium Association features not just one but TWO swimming pools, TWO kiddie pools, TWO hot tubs. There are plenty of gas grills. The outdoor furniture is high quality and plentiful.

Take the elevator up to your door. Inside the home, you will find all the amenities that you want and expect, such as central air conditioning, a private washer and dryer in unit, and a chef's kitchen with all appliances and amenities including a dishwasher. You will find HDTVs in all bedrooms as well as a big screen HDTV in the living area with Comcast cable services and Comcast high speed wireless internet access. Great location, very nice place!!

Overall we were very happy with our stay! Place was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need. Just a couple minor complaints. Although it was advertised there are 2 pools, guests can only use one because the other pool is strictly for owners. The guest pool didn't get that crowded so it wasn't a problem. We loved the fact that there were multiple outdoor grills. There was always one available for us to use. The unit was clean for the most part, however, when you read the instructions on what you had to do before check out it seemed the cleaning was pretty much the responsibility of the tenants staying. That wasn't a problem, except for what you had to do before checkout you paid a hefty cleaning fee as part of the contract for the little bit the cleaning crew did. Overall though, I would recommend this location! We had a great stay! One last comment. It is a great location near the beach, but be prepared! The beach is huge and it is a long walk once you get to the beach to get to the ocean! The beach is beautiful, but definitly a hike to the water! Overall, highly recommend this location and unit we stayed in! Great family stay! Fun without a lot of noise from parties etc! Perfect for your family vacation!

The location and overall layout of the condo was good. Close to the beach and boardwalk The following things were disappointing: The realtor company would not respond on Vrbo, no rental agreements given til 5 days before booked trip. You have to click on other links to see check-in information, all info should be direct. THIS CONDO IS DIRTY! This was addressed to the realtor company and they said we could have sent the cleaning company back out if they knew sooner. We had to wipe down all the bathrooms (toothpaste on cabinet), and the kitchen. Sweep/Vacuum. The Master bedding was gross. Under the glass on the dining room table was filthy, but you couldn't clean it without risking breaking the glass. One of the seats on a dining room chair was not attached to the chair. The blinds in the master bedroom were missing some slats so you could not change in the room without someone seeing in. The closet doors in the master bedroom would not stay closed. We had to prop a pillow against the doors. Stains in carpet in bedrooms. The balcony furniture needed new cushions. very worn. The beach items in the storage room was very dirty, the carts are all rusted, area is not clean at all. Parking is hard with 2 trucks, area for parking is very very tight. Hard to find free parking on street. Again, it was a great unit in a great location. Just desperately in need of updating and a good cleaning. Not worth the money that was paid at all.

Wildwood Crest vacation

The location and overall layout of the condo was wonderful. plenty of room for everyone. Great location to the beach and boardwalk. The following things were disappointing: The condo was not clean when we checked in. We had to wipe down all the bathrooms, and the kitchen. Sweep and swifter the floors. The coffee maker and blender in the kitchen were filthy. Living room furniture and all the mattresses were worn and needed updated. There was glass on top of all the end tables and the dining room table. The glass had sharp corners. We had a few intances where someone was scratched because the brushed up against the corner of a table when walking past. Under the glass on the dining room table was filthy, but you couldn't clean it without risking breaking the glass. One of the seats on a dining room chair was not attached to the chair. This condominium is so close to the beach, to the southern end of the Wildwood boardwalk, and within an easy walking distance to the Wildwood Convention Center, Fox Park, and all of Morey's ride and water park piers. Park the car! You won't need it at all. Everything that the children want to do and see is right here!
