Myrtle Beach Resort is made up of 4 separate buildings in a gated beachfront community with 24-hour security.

☆ Renaissance Tower - This is where you will be staying! Standing at 22 stories high, you're sure to enjoy the phenomenal views of the coastline and surrounding areas. The amenities include a sauna, heated whirlpool, steam rooms, guest showers, exercise room, deli, laundry, outdoor picnic & grilling area, volleyball, and an oceanfront bar & grill with entertainment during the summer months.

☆ Sea Breeze - Building A - The Sea Breeze resort amenities include a water park with a 375-foot lazy river, wet deck with a bucket dump, the Grand Strand's largest oceanfront swimming pool, a kiddie pool with mushroom fountain, and a large 12 person hot tub.

☆ Ocean Spa - Building B - Located next to the Renaissance Tower. Amenities include an indoor atrium, heated pool and Jacuzzi, indoor sauna, steam room, and a full fitness center.

☆ Five Seasons Center - This is where you'll find the tennis courts, more pools, a southern garden and gazebo, indoor/outdoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, putting green, playground area, picnic and grilling areas, laundry facilities, and lots more.

☆ Playground, basketball court, shuffleboard, bocce ball court, picnic, and grilling areas are located behind the Ocean Spa resort building. The water park with its lazy river, wet deck, the largest oceanfront swimming pool in the area, and hot tub at Sea Breeze (Building A) are available for all of our guests to use regardless of which Myrtle Beach Resort you're staying in.

Other things to note:
★ You and your guest have access to ALL amenities at the resort.

★ At least one guest must be 23 to rent at this property. The resort does not allow renters under 23 years old. Guests must produce a valid ID that matches the reservation name or they will be denied at the gate.

★ No check-in counter - door code provided 24hrs before check-in. Go directly to the unit!

★ No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted in the condo or in the building. A minimum fee of $500 will be assessed upon evidence of smoking. Smoking areas are designated outside the building.

★ No pets of any kind are allowed. ADA-recognized Service Animals must be pre-registered and approved prior to arrival. ESA animals are not permitted. A minimum fee of $500 per day will be assessed upon evidence of a pet in the unit.

★ Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted to occupy the condo at any time.

★ Reservation includes parking passes for 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles/passes may be available for an additional fee.
