This condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Nice room, pools, location; poor cleanliness of common areas
Room was very nice and had basic cooking, bedrooms, furnishing and other features promised. Common areas were very dirty. There was visible mold around the hot tub and carpet near windows had big, visible water damage. Kids had a great time, good beach access, but common areas need a lot of cleaning.

Good experience
Very clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. The sofa bed was unusable. Mattress has no support at all, not saying uncomfortable but really unusable. We were 4 adults and a child, so managed. Other than that, had a great experience here. Would recommend for sure.

Nice Condo
Small and cozy, room was very nice, lots of interior updates. Hotel is a little dated, but it was quiet and peaceful. Bar pool was nice. Coco's on the beach was nice. Fish sandwich, burger and drinks were really good. Unit is as pictured. My wife and I had a good time for a short 2 night stay.

Adequate Space
We enjoyed our stay, the cleanliness of the villa could have been better but I will admit I am pretty picky. Mainly dirty fan & exhaust fans and some dishes in the kitchen not super clean. We had all we needed within the unit for our family to have a great vacation. The resort had great amenities for the whole family and no one was ever bored!

You get what you pay for!!!
I honestly was disappointed. The unit was fine, and for the most part clean. There was a beach wagon left in the closet of a bedroom filled with sand, broken chairs, broken toys and garbage. Vacasa responded quickly with texting, however it took forever to have things resolved. We went out and bought beach chairs and I needed to reach out over 4 times to finally get reimbursed. Description stated beach chairs included, but did not expect broken ones. The buildings are completely dated and honestly gross. The whole makeup of the building is confusing and I’m dire need of a facelift. The beach as usual is amazing and was the saving grace. Our WiFi did not work. I was working remotely and this was important. Called day one and was told someone would be out to fix it. Day 2 called told the same thing. They confirmed we had correct network and pass code. Day 3 they texted instructions to reboot. Still did not work. Finally day 3 at 10:00pm I texted again and they gave us a completely different network and passcode. They never updated on move in instructions. Super annoying. Good location on the island, but a long walk to beach and the shuttle system is minimal. Also elevators are ridiculously slow. I would never go back.

Nicely updated villa
I’m a clean freak so I took a little broom (though there’s one between fridge and cabinet) and Clorox wipes. Everything seemed to be cleaned pretty well, but I did go over it. The floors, however, still had a lot of sand on them so they did need to be swept. We enjoyed being where the indoor pool is for our toddler and the chlorine smell wasn’t that bad (and I’m pregnant). It was close to the elevators and not a far walk to the boardwalk at all. Yes, the boardwalk is a little bit of a walk, but Hilton Head Resort has a golf cart shuttle to take you from one end to the other, and it runs several hours throughout the day (posted by elevator). We left our beach wagon full of our things at the little entry porch by the door and no one bothers anyone’s things. We said we would definitely stay there again next year, but by then we will need the master room to have a King size bed. It was great having 2 full bathrooms, though!

Hilton Head Resort
This property was clean and served our needs. We had to leave a condo on Tybee Island because of an infestation, and were very grateful to find this one on short notice. I would make a few suggestions to make occupants more comfortable. The wagon and beach toys stored in the second bedroom closet should be stored in a unit on the ground level. A dresser could replace the tv stand to provide a place for clothes Also, the pantry in the kitchen is locked, and there is no place to store food. A portable cabinet would be very helpful. Overall, we made do even though there was limited space to put things. We enjoyed the wonderful weather.

Cozy Condo
We were looking for a fun weekend away since we had to travel for wrestling. We found this condo and thought the pictures looked good. When we arrived, we were surprised to see that it actually looked even better in person. Overall it was a great stay. We will look to stay again when we can enjoy the facility more.

Beautiful apartment near the beach
The apartment is very nice and exactly as the photos show - it has a lot of space for a family / maybe 2 couples. We did a work-cation and worked from the very large kitchen table and were able to go into separate rooms in case we had calls. The condo is in a complex with lots of great amenities to keep you busy. We used the indoor pool, the gym, the indoor walking track, an outdoor table space (to work from if you hotspot yourself) and the boardwalk to the beach. The walk to the beach was great - about 10 minutes, if that, and you are at the same. There is a very nice boardwalk that is immaculately maintained (with a nice swing about half way across, where you can enjoy coffee). The only 2 things to note are that the instructions for locking the door didn’t specify to re-enter your pin before locking so we had some trouble on check in but we contacted TurnKey and they helped us immediately! Also note that Hilton Head is a very car-centric island and the sidewalks don’t have streetlights so keep this in mind if you plan on walking to the grocery store (about 15 minutes away). Overall, can’t recommend this place enough - we loved it!

Reviewer Comments: I rented the place for one month and the stay was great, amenities are great, the location is good, you can walk to Kroger/Whole Foods (20 min) and to the beach (10 min via boardwalk). I would recommend this to other people.This unit stays on the covered building so there is a smell of chlorine when you go out of the apartment. You get used to it. There are 2 windows with windows facing the outside (they are in the 2 bedrooms), so this is where you get sunlight. There is no public transportation on Hilton Head Island so it was tricky to get around. The only bad thing was my experience with TurnKey. They were wonderful before and during the stay, but right before I was about to leave I decided to be nice and tell them I was leaving one day in advance. This was my mistake, they went ahead and changed my 9 digit passcode :( I asked them to put back the one I was using for the entire time and they couldn't. Then they started sending me emails saying my check out was on Saturday at 10 am and if I wanted to stay longer until 12 pm I had to pay 40$. DETAIL: I paid until Sunday! Everything was PAID! This really disturbed my stay in the end. I had to call them because the messaging system likely has rotating staff that doesn't know what is going on and they don't communicate properly when an issue like this comes up. This should have been escalated but clearly, it wasn't. I gave them the feedback that they should never disturb the guest experience and should change their process to ensure this doesn't happen again with other guests. Let's hope they improve!

Very clean and nice condo
Condo was clean and well stocked. Very well decorated with coastal theme. Beds were comfortable. The view overlooks the indoor pool for the resort- this was the only part of the room that was not excellent. The outside could use some improvement, but overall the condo is wonderful. Would stay again!

Clean unit
Unit was very clean upon arrival, and there were ample supplies to get started. The unit was updated throughout and very comfortable for a family of four with teenage boys. No complaints, except for the beach cart having a broken wheel. We had one of our own, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

First visit to HHI
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start with the good things about this unit. Everything seems to be newly updated from the furniture to the decor. Very pretty. The bed in the master bedroom was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had at any condo rental unit. The management is extremely responsive to anything you may need at any time. Here is what we wish we knew...this condo is in “Hilton Head Resort” if it says that in the listing I missed it because I definitely would have searched the place on trip advisor. The buildings and grounds are extremely old and outdated. Easily the worst we’ve ever experienced. Our condo was not clean upon arrival. I spent about an hour cleaning all the dirty surfaces with Clorox wipes. Management was quick to respond and apologetic but not how I should start my trip. The pools are old and seem dirty. The beach is a hike to get to. It’s over a quarter mile away according to my Apple Watch. Its a beautiful beach once you get there. I just wish I had known these things before booking. This was our first trip to HHI & we loved it but would not choose to stay here again.
