You’re so close to downtown New Buffalo and the beach when you stay at this charming craftsman, but there’s so much to do at home, you won’t want to leave. Gathering spaces abound, from a cozy basement seating area with a TV, to a totally tricked-out garage featuring a private hot tub, another TV and more seating, to a lovely stone patio with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings at home.

Start the day on the thoughtfully decorated, glassed-in porch with a cup of coffee. Don’t feel like making it yourself? No problem – you’re a half-mile from coffeeshops downtown. If you’re eating in for breakfast, the updated kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast. There’s a dining area for eight, or grab a barstool to keep it casual.

Slip on your swimsuit and head to the beach for the day after you eat, or relax at home. When you return in the evening, take your pick of gathering areas, or stream a movie together in the main living room. If you’ve got work to catch up on, there’s a desk and chair in the loft upstairs. You’ve got four bedrooms to choose from at the end of the night, with three in the main house and one in the garage apartment above the hot tub. The screened-in fireplace room out back is perfect for an evening cocktail, but end the night under the stars around the fire pit, reminiscing about the day you had – and planning the fun you’ll have tomorrow.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
