This great condo is in Ocean Ritz Resort, which has a gulf front pool and hot tub right on property. Your private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while relaxing with your morning coffee or an evening beverage as the sun calls it a day! Ocean Ritz-501 is a perfect vacation spot for couples or families who want to relax, play, shop, or all three for a long weekend or a much needed week away.

Located on the 5th floor of Ocean Ritz Resort you get a direct view of the Emerald Coast waters right from your own private balcony. This 4 bed, 4 bath condo has two King Master Ensuites both with ocean views, another King in the guest bedroom and a Twin Bunkroom with Twin trundle. Beautiful views! Loved our balcony. Walking distance to different activities. The pots and pans need replaced. Having teenage boys, we used the kitchen supplies and they need updated.

Overall of 7 day stay

Clean, nice furniture in and out. Ni e views of the ocean. Parking was less than be desired. Only 1 parking spot for all of us (6 adults, 5 children). The resort feel was not that great with only 1 pool, very small area for grilling and relaxing.

Great condo with a few bumps along the way

First off we loved our stay. Location was perfect. It’s huge, perfect for 3 couples with kids with their own bathrooms! Management was fantastic with communication throughout the process no matter how stupid any questions were. Beds were comfortable, linens good quality, clean property, well maintained. Now the problematic bits. 3 bedrooms were advertised as king beds on the paradise properties site, something I called and verified with management before arriving. In reality one of the beds was a queen not a king. The sliding doors for the balcony were very hard to open and one door didn’t open at all on one spare room. Also in one of the bedrooms the ceiling fan only had one speed and in Panama heat after a day on the beach low speed was not fun! Elevators were a nightmare they were slow, not working or backed up multiple times a day due to high people traffic. Checkout process with the armbands for the pool was a bit confusing since the armbands are not reusable so found ourselves leaving cut off wristbands to avoid a charge. Parking also sucked one spot for a 4 bedroom condo and the backup options went quick and can be costly.
