What a great property! I would stay here again. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, with easy access to the beaches and the inclusion of the golf cart is perfect. We also traveled with 2 little ones and there is a gate at the top of the steps and child proofing locks in the kitchen. We were two families and there was plenty of room.

Great Stay at the Charming Grouper

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was one of the best rentals I have experienced so far along 30A. The home itself was beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for the entire family. Having beach chairs, a wagon and other beach supplies made it so much easier to pack. Our interaction with Coastal Blue Vacation Rentals was fast and easy. Having the use of the golf cart was a bonus and one we found fun for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Access to the beach was an easy walk or ride away. I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful stay at the Charming Grouper. It was spotless upon arrival. One of the cleanest houses we stayed in. It smelled fresh and the decor was beautiful. There is a tankless water heater so with four daughters we had constant hot water! The kitchen had everything you could want and we loved the cuisinart coffee maker as we don't like keurigs. We had so much space the set up was perfect. We have been to 30a many times and what we enjoyed about this particular location was the traffic really wasn't bad at all and there was plenty of room at the public beach. The foot sprayers and bathrooms were so convenient right there. The golf cart was a total blast! We could get to restaurants, coffee, and the beach with the electric golf cart which was super nice with the current gas prices. I would highly recommend the Charming Grouper. The communication was amazing. We had no needs but I felt like they kept in touch well so if we did need anything they were always available. We would stay here again without hesitation and I hope we do soon!! You will not be disappointed with this rental!!

Decent stay - not our favorite in the area

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in a decent location with easy beach access. It was in generally good condition, but a few things were not up to our preferred standards - specifically, the furniture and rugs looked quite worn, the paint could use a tune up, and nearly every sink and shower was backed up and wouldn't drain. We just dealt with it but it wasn't great.Overall, the rental property was responsive but when the provided golf cart died and was not working for almost two days, they did not offer an alternative form of transportation or a refund. We have rented in this area for five years and this was our least favorite stay thus far. Just ready for some TLC.

W&J Family Vaca

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house with plenty of space for our 9 (6 adults, 1 teen, 2 little ones) family members. Golf cart was so, so useful in getting us to the beach, pool, shopping, and restaurants! Only moved our car for occasional groceries. The property managers responded immediately to questions and were very helpful!! The ONLY negative is not enough parking for golfcarts/cars at the beach entrances and parking cars at all the houses in the neighborhood is tight.

PERFECT ADULT GETAWAY!

This lovely home was the perfect adult getaway! The house was stocked with everything you could ever want. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook any meal. Not that we used anything but 1 pot to make tea. It was nicely decorated too!! The owners of this house really wants its renters to be happy!!!! The golf cart was the added bonus that made us decide on this property!!! Perfect for going to beach and supper at night. It was the nicest golf cart that we have every got when at 30A!!

Perfect Spring Break!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented The Charming Grouper for 2 weeks so we could work a little and vacation a little. Our grown children and a couple grandkids joined us periodically over those two weeks. Everything about this house was exceptional: great location, just a short walk from the beach, a quiet community, comfortable bedrooms, a large and inviting common space for dining, hanging out, and cooking, and a fun golf cart to scoot around town in. Everyone had their own bathroom, the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and wagon made it easy to enjoy the shores of Santa Rosa Beach. The neighborhood itself is the perfect combination of great local seafood, BBQ, music, and shopping without the huge crowds of some of the other seaside towns. The beaches here are so beautiful! I would also like to mention that the property manager was very responsive. We had trouble getting the golf cart key out of the lock box, and they were over to the house in less than 5 minutes to bust open the jammed lockbox and give us the key. All around a great 2 weeks:)
