Stay in this lovely beach home for a fun-filled getaway with friends and family. This is the perfect beach home for your group to relax and reconnect in - you can even bring your dog! There are four bedrooms and three baths located on two levels, with a nicely landscaped yard, an enclosed backyard with a private pool, and a location close to the beach! The ground level offers a nicely furnished and spacious family room with access to the backyard via a slider, along with a queen bedroom, a full hall bath, and a laundry room.

The upstairs great room is open and bright, with a large wall-mounted TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a wrap-around granite countertop along with stainless steel appliances that include a built-in double oven and drop-in cooktop. The large dining table can accommodate everyone, and there is counter seating, perfect for quick breakfasts and snack times! You will love dining on the screened porch, enjoying the fresh ocean air, and taking in the beauty of Sandbridge. And on rainy days your family will love the new game room with a pool table, foosball, and more great activities.

A large king suite with a private bath boasts a jetted tub, a shower, and a double vanity. Two additional bedrooms include a queen bedroom and a bunk room for kids, with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A convenient bath is located in the hall. If you need a break from the sun, the covered lower deck located off the ground floor family room offers shade and a peaceful setting poolside. Livin’ The Dream has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!

The fireplace is not operational.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
