The owners of the property, Patrick and Julie and on site in their own building and you may or may not see them. They love life, good music, good vibes and enjoy meeting and hosting people. You will be delighted at their friendliness and acceptance of all people with good spirits.

They love to host and share their beautiful space so that others can enjoy all that it has to offer. They are on site, however they also respect your privacy.

The grounds are spectacular yet rustic, romantic, delightful and you leave feeling you made new friends. The amazing pool and large hot tub are shared only with the owners.

The grounds are amazing and self enclosed, and even though you are minutes from downtown Fairhope, you feel as if you have escaped to a private oasis away from the rest of the world!

The Mermaid Suite is similar to an efficiency apartment, cozy home, completely ensuite, self enclosed with your private keyless entrance. Spacious luxurious bathroom with full bathtub and shower.

You will feel as if you are driving into the country... however you are a brief 7 miles from the heart of Fairhope! Easy access directly into downtown Fairhope.

If you want to head to Gulf Shores beaches for the day it is a brief 27 miles straight down to the beaches.

Or,..go and sight see, go to the beaches, shop til you drop in Fairhope, enjoy a new restaurant, knowing you will come back to your private suite (your free parking is always in front of the suite), soak in the hot tub and slip into the pool to cap off your perfect day.

This property has quickly become a destination vacation! Our guests come....and stay! We find that guests enjoy the space, have every amenity on site, and find that they do not need to go anywhere else.

NOTE: please note that the grounds are available for walking. In that light, please be sure that you are physically capable of walking on lawns with typical uneven terrain, and going up and down minimal steps ( 2 -3 steps) to the various decks. Such as the deck to the poolside lounge area.

There are so many unique features to this property! From the perfectly manicured pool with quaint mermaids enjoying the view; the outside lounging area, outside tables and chairs if you want to eat outside, your private porch complete with swing couch, tables and chairs, did we mention the spacious hot tub and large firepit !?
