A wonderful "Key" place to stay!

This was our first trip to the Florida Key's and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The home offers great views of both sunrises and sunsets! The location is very convenient to all that Key Marathon has to offer and yet is very peaceful. The property is well maintained and the host Darren, was very helpful and great to work with.

Great stay!

Clean, comfortable beds, warm showers with good pressure, well appointed kitchen, great location and a ton of property amenities (fishing poles, fish freezer for bait and fish storage, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrella, hot tub, board games and a few beach toys and snorkel mask!). The host was responsive to inquiries and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! Would definitely stay here again if headed to Marathon!

Great Family Vacation in Marathon

What a wonderful vacation! The house was very clean, nicely appointed, and the beds were comfortable. The location is by far the best thing about the house. Great views of the sunrise and sunsets. I would definitely rent this house again!

Well maintained and accessible to many locations that we enjoyed. All members of the family took advantage of the opportunities to meditate on beautiful sunsets and to be so near the water where kayaking and pool frolicking made our stay even more special.

Fishing and seafood

So clean and everything we needed was well stocked, from paper towels to coffee. All enough for our 10 days there. Restaurants and beaches were great and lots of beach stuff to use. Darren was easy to communicate with and gave helpful directions to access everything

Clean, comfortable home in a great location.

We were all very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and with all of the amenities. The deck faced the beautiful sunrises and we were able to enjoy the dock and hot tub. The host was very attentive and was so easy to communicate with. The house is just minutes from stores, a golf course and a beach and not very far from Key West. We would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing Stay!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was stocked with everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, etc) which was so nice to come home to after our travels! Loved using the kayaks to fish (our boys) as we enjoyed the beautiful views from the kayaking and wildlife. We were there on a girls trip/sons trip and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do (restaurants, fishing, ice cream shop, relaxing on the beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. We loved it! Owner was very responsive to any questions we had which was so nice! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful placee

We stayed for a week. The house is very clean and cozy. The front porch view of sunrise was my favorite. The back canal was my husbands favorite. Perfect for fishing. The neighbors were super nice and helpful as well. This place had everything we needed. And the owners very easy to communicate with.

Amazing

From every sunrise to sunset that we viewed from this home was perfect for our family! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. 8 beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in both baths, well stocked kitchen(which is bigger than it looks in the photos) and barstool chairs are very comfortable! Only suggestion is to have another light under the house as we cooked out on the grill and enjoyed the enormous hot tub and would have liked a little more light. Perfect dock for our boat rental too!

Paradise Found!

Truly the perfect vrbo! Beautiful view from every direction! They provided everything and more! Kayaks, bikes, a hammock, stuff for fishing, a great exercise spa/pool, and great outdoor furniture. Inside they provided plenty of beach towels (8-10), shower towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, comfortable beds, and a well organized and labeled kitchen!! TVs in every room (which we never needed to turn on in the beauty of the keys) . And a perfect location mid way through the Keys. Loved every minute!!!! Didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Paradise definitely Found!

A super comfortable home equipped with a ton of amenities, things you don’t expect like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and an ample supply of laundry pods, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. Those are just the practical amenities! We had perfect weather all week and a constant ocean breeze! Our days were spent fishing, playing in the swim spa (fabulous) or lounging around on the hammock or outside furniture. We enjoyed sailing in Key West, tarpon fishing at the Seven Mile Bridge, beach days at Bahia Honda and early morning walks in the park or Crane Hammock. The house is conveniently located to anything you may need. The neighbors were welcoming and communication with the host was flawless. We are already planning our return trip!! Thank you Darren for a fantastic experience at your lovely home.

Definitely worth booking

The property was amazing, my family had a great time even when just lounging around the house as it was so comfortable and the ocean views were amazing. They have 3 kayaks for you to use while staying there and my family had a blast just exploring around the canals and shallows that surround the property. There was also plenty of dock room for the 27' boat we rented while down there. We chummed the water and caught everything from mangrove and lane snapper to barracuda and my son even caught a juvenile tarpon all right at the seawall/dock. There was a good variety of species that hung out right there although the bigger tarpon, cudas and nurse sharks we saw eluded me. Darren was amazing to communicate with and was more than helpful with any question we had as well as super quick to respond. He checked on us and made sure everything was going well throughout the trip which actually made my family more at ease. My family gives this property a 15 out of 10 and we hope to stay here again should we decide to visit the keys in the future. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful and relaxing property!!!

Great place/Great Spot

I took the Family (kids, wife n in-laws 7 of us.) for a week. Marathon was rt in the middle of Keys so we went from Key west to Key Largo every day. Great location rt on the water. Took my kids Kayaking/fishing rt out the front door every day (3 kayaks-4 of us.) Try renting 3 kayaks for a week.$$$ We ALL fit in the Humongous Hot Tub every evening just to unwind and relax. Darren responded w any questions we had very quickly and was very attentive. I would give this place 10 STARS if it would let me. Best Deal By far i've found for family trip to Keys.

Review for stay

We had a really good time staying at Darren's VRBO. Eating breakfast watching the sun come up in the east is amazing. Communication with Darren was immediate. The neighbors were really nice. If you fillet fish for them........they might take you out fishing as they did for my son and I! The hot tub/ pool was a nice touch. Kayaking out of the channel into big water is nice. Very shallow out a mile. No worries if you tip over kayak. We will definately be back. I strongly suggest you rent a boat. The reef is gin clear down 20ft and snorkeling is awsome. So is the fishing.

Great fishing !

Home was clean, great location, everything we needed and fishing was fabulous! We caught tarpon and sharks from the front of the house ! Definitely would stay there again

Views are amazing

Property was just as advertised. The views were amazing, both front and back of house having beautiful blue water views. Easy access for boating in and out of canal. House was clean. Kitchen stocked with spices and cooking utensils. Neighbors were gracious and helpful once we got to know each other better. It was a wonderful relaxing week with my family. Can’t wait to repeat this vacation.

The house is named Paradise Found and it’s so accurate! The house and location are amazing along with the owners. The house had everything you could want or need. We got so much use out of the kayaks provided. We can’t wait to come back for another stay.

This is a beautiful property surrounded by water. Amazing sun rises and sun sets. Some of the best fishing is in Marathon. Only one hour to key west when you want more fun.
