This spacious home nestled on a quiet street sleeps 9, has ample parking, and has an incredible outdoors space.

Fall in love with Bayshore Breeze’s sprawling lawn that flows directly out from the spacious paver patio. The patio will be your favorite space; it has plenty of seating overlooking the verdant lawn, the tropical pines, your private boat slip, and the pristine bay beyond. You’ll love grilling and flinging open the living room and kitchen doors to allow bay breezes and an effusion of natural light to spill into the main living areas.

The main living space is open concept with tall ceilings illuminated by recess lighting. The kitchen has a long counter bar, stone countertops, and stainless appliances. Bonus features include seating and relaxation areas and a game table. There’s also a separate laundry space and a half bath with patio access.

The home’s four bedrooms provide additional space to spread out and unwind. The master has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private patio door. The decadent en suite features a large soaker tub, a double-vanity, and a walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk with a pullout twin trundle. The other two guest rooms are on the other side of the house and have queen beds. They share access to the other full bathroom.

It’s a perfect house in a prime location. At Bayshore Breeze, you’re only 5 minutes from Miramar Beach, but with the bay right out your back door, many find they just want to stay at their bayside beach home-away-from-home to play. Grab the family and play a match of Pickleball at the court about 100ft from the property! Pickleball set provided in the beach bin for guests.
