Welcome to Ohana Royale ~ a lovely custom home situated on a quiet cul de sac in Princeville with a private pool, hot tub, and fenced backyard. This home has 10 ft coffered ceilings and is quite spacious at approximately 3000 sq ft.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and access to the backyard. There is an additional queen mattress (stored in the walk-in closet) that is convenient to use for children that are not yet ready to sleep in their own room.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a full bed.
The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate room for toilet.
In the hallway, a set of double doors allow guests to close off access to Bedroom #1 and #2 + full bathroom, creating additional privacy.
Kids will love cozy bedroom #3 with two twin-over-full bunks.
A half bathroom is also located downstairs.

Upstairs has a separate living space with kitchenette ~ a cozy setup for hanging out and movie night.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, double sinks, walk-in closet and separate room for toilet.

AC units are located in the living room and all bedrooms.

Outside there is a hammock, gas grill and gas fire pit.

Our home also includes everything you will need to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of Kauai: beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrella, and cooler bags.
