The house has 2 levels with 4 BR, (plus a sun room) 2bth, living room, family room, and dining room make up this beautiful home with fire place, wifi, and game room. Located in amenity filled Pocono Farms Country Club. Guests will have access to community amenities such as: • An Olympic-sized pool • Lake and beach area • Basketball and tennis courts • Golf course (additional fee) • Restaurant and more • • • The pool and lake are only open for swimming between Memorial Day and Labor Day • • •(update! The pool is currently closed for renovations, but it is expected to be open on time for Memorial Day Weekend 2023). Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands to enjoy community amenities and activities. Children 6 and under do not need a wristband. Any additional wristbands needed will cost $5.00 per person, per day. These wristbands need to be picked up at the members office before closing at 4:00 pm. The office is closed on Sundays. The house is furnished with all your comforts in mind. A fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, a large private deck, a propane grill (gas not included) and a Sunroom to further relax in. And lets not forget the entertainment: Firepit with seating (wood not included), Game room with pool table/ air hockey -foosball and mini pool table, 2 arcade machines, board games, 2 Living rooms with smart TVs (Netflix, YouTube, and other cool apps) and strong Wifi internet access.
