Located near Johnson Beach in sunny Pensacola, Florida, Grand Caribbean 316 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental with space to sleep up to 6 guests. Recently renovated, it's perfectly sized for a fun family beach vacation or a getaway with friends, and it offers the conveniences of home, fresh spaces, comfortable bedrooms, modern upgrades, and access to resort amenities!

Start your beach day with a big breakfast made in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll have a double-door refrigerator with bottom-drawer freezer, microwave, oven with glass stovetop, plenty of dishes and glassware, utensils, cooking tools, a coffeemaker, and ample counter space to prep your meals. Have your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or sit down at the kitchen table together.

After a fun day splashing in the waves and soaking in the sun, come back to unwind on the sofa in front of the big screen TV. Flip on the ceiling fan to stay cool and enjoy lounging together here. Or you can open the door and get some fresh air on your balcony. Once the kids are worn out from swimming at the resort pool, get them settled in the built-in bunk bed in the hall. Then make your way to the breezy bedrooms, which feature cool colors, chic beach décor, and bathrooms that bring the ocean inside.

Additional in-condo amenities include a washer and dryer in the unit, views of the water, convenient parking, Wi-Fi, and easy self check-in!

Throughout the gated resort, there are plenty of extras to entertain. Walk to the community pond covered in lily pads and enjoy a snack or meal at the picnic table under the gazebo. Wade in or sunbathe by the nearby outdoor pool or continue your walk to the picnic area with charcoal, picnic-style grills for a cookout with loved ones. There's also a path to stroll to the beach — about 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. And you can rinse off after a day at the beach at the outdoor showers before heading back to the pool or your welcoming condo!

Summer Vacation

Room and location were as described. We had issues with the door not locking, so we had to put all of our more expensive belongings in our car when we went to the beach. We also had our beach chairs, tent, and boards stolen from the outside of our room. We called the office of the rental company, they were not able to help and told us to call the hotel office. They were also not able to resolve the situation.

Great location

The condo didnt include any beach supplies like chairs, wagon, umbrellas, or toys, but beyond that it was great. Very short walk to the beach and very short drive to Johnson Beach. Definitely recommend Johnson Beach..the lagoon side has hermit crabs, fish, and birds and the beachside is much less crowded than the beach by the condo.

Perdido Beach Stay

mostly good but the sink drain in one bathroom and the tub/shower drain in the other were very, very slow to drain. We couldn't get either of the bedroom TVs to work. They came on but the remotes didn't do anything.

Beach getaway

We had a very nice time at the condo. It is on the 3rd floor, but you have access to an elevator. Also luggage and grocery carts are available to use. Remember to bring your beach supplies. Condo very nicely decorated!!!
