This furnished apartment is located in a diverse Columbia City, which has a landmark-protected historic business district. Thriving Rainier Avenue S. offers an international mix of bars, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, live music venues and more. Genesee Park and Playfield is a sprawling space that attracts athletes and families. Columbia City hosts a seasonal farmers market as well as the BeatWalk music festival. Transit from here is offered in the form of the link light rail.
