Pointe west get away
The condo was very clean and the master bedroom bed extremely comfortable.
The kitchen was short on items I have found to always be available when staying at other properties at Pointe West. We were attempting to make a charcuterie board and the only serving tray available was a cookie baking sheet.
Although, technically the property is beachside, it overlooks the parking area vehicles park on to go the beach so instead of looking at the ocean, you see a parking lot. In fairness there is a pond that is between condo and parking lot. The configuration of the condo does not allow for a breeze so it made it very difficult to sit outside because of the heat.
Also, the owner has a storage unit that holds items which we were planning to use to carry our beach things . Unfortunately the lock was not allowing us to open. We did contact the owner and were told it was difficult to open and to pull hard on the lock … we were not successful in opening. Apparently others have had this same issue so in my opinion the owner should repair or not advertise it is available for use.
So if you want a clean condo with comfy bed this is an excellent place. If you are looking to have patio time and enjoy looking to the beach, I would not recommend.
