OUR SPACE
Immerse in coastal bliss at our 2BR, 2BA condo with ocean views. Featuring a spacious, open design with a calming coastal vibe, it's perfect for relaxation. The master boasts a comfortable king bed and en-suite bath, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen and bunk beds, ideal for kids. The large dining table and huge sectional sofa cater to meals and movie marathons alike. Essentials like a washer/dryer, clean linens, towels, and starter supplies (coffee included!) ensure a hassle-free stay. With Roku smart TVs, a treasure of games, and books, entertainment is at your fingertips. Enjoy a carefree beach vacation with every detail catered for your comfort.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire condo (with the exception of two small privately locked closets), our storage unit with beach gear, community pool and grilling areas.

Our condo is just one mile from the Ocean Isle beach Pier, mini-golf & park with a splash pad and playground. Enjoy everything Ocean Isle beach has to offer year round:

☀️ SUMMER - Friday night concerts, movies in the park, Tuesday outdoor markets, mini-golf, diverse dining options, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, Museum of Coastal Carolina, and abundant fishing opportunities. This family-friendly island is brimming with enjoyable activities!

🍂 FALL - Avoid the crowds and unwind, taking advantage of all the benefits the off-season brings! Ocean Isle Beach is host to the annual NC Oyster Festival every October.

🌷SPRING - Relish in the rising temperatures and the serene beaches.

As one of the premier NC Brunswick beaches, Ocean Isle Beach is a 50-minute drive to Wilmington and within 45 minutes of both Southport and Myrtle Beach, where you can explore an array of attractions, indulge in shopping and golf, savor delectable dining experiences, and immerse yourself in the local ambiance.

We are part of an HOA and have important rules to be mindful of:
-Pets are NOT allowed
-There is NO SMOKING in our unit or anywhere on the Sandvillas property premises
-Golf carts, boats or trailers are NOT allowed in the Sandvillas parking lot
-Community pool is open from April-October. Rules are posted and should be followed by ALL guests to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Our pool is not heated or lit, so no swimming after dark per state law.

Our condo is on the second floor, up four short flights of stairs. We do not have an elevator.

Great OIB rental

The place was wonderful for our stay in OIB. Property is located right across from the public beach access and they provided everuthing needed for a fun time at the beach. My family had a wondeful stay and will be back again!

Great stay & the nicest owner

We forgot a bag with some much loved items and the owner was so easy to work with with getting it mailed back to me. Convenient location, clean and comfortable!

Very pleased

Pleasantly pleased with this condo. From booking to checkout Jennifer was absolutely great to deal with. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with just the right equipment. Will definitely book again.

Just Perfect

Jennifer is the consummate host. Responded to every inquiry quickly and thoroughly. The condo has everything. I mean everything. Only drawback was no weather guarantee !! Ha. Seriously, I can’t imagine a better experience. We will be back.

Perfect Oasis!

Loved staying at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Ocean Isle Beach & would highly recommend it it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! The hosts could not have been any more helpful before, during, and after our stay & were super quick to answer any of my texts. They made us feel so welcome, just like we were guests staying at their personal home. We knew all about our check in procedures as well as codes & passwords a couple of days before we even arrived, which just takes one of the worries about traveling away from home out of the equation! The condo was exactly as described and the extras that were provided made our trip even better. Between the hosts and previous guests, we used so little of the "staples" that we brought with us--paper goods, garbage bags, spices, toiletries. We traveled from more than 11 hours away and it was wonderful not to have to bring our own linens--especially great was that they were of a good quality with the beds already made and the towels & wash clothes in the vanities! The unit was immaculate & the owners closet had all the beach provisions listed. The weather was not on our side so we didn't get to use the chairs, wagon & bikes as much as we hoped but it was great to know we could have. We've been using VRBO for the past 3 years, all with good experiences, but this has been our most successful match for everything we needed at a place that was exactly as described with hosts who made the entire experience a terrific experience!

Ever since our girls were old enough to walk, we have spent time every summer at the Carolina coast chasing the tides, collecting treasures on the beach and making memories to last a life time. It has always been a dream of ours to own our own place we can continue to enjoy and offer the same wonderful experiences to our guests. We have finally made this dream a reality and are excited to share OUR Driftwood Oasis and host you at Ocean Isle Beach!

It is perfect for families who truly just want to get away from it all. We have a feeling you will love our space just as much as we do!
