Important: This home is located steps to the ocean, and like most homes in the area does not have AC (with exception of window mounted AC units in 2 bedrooms). Please only book this home if you can be comfortable with both natural cross breeze and fans. There are no refunds or credits due to heat/discomfort issues. We don't expect or suspect that will ever be a problem but we figure it is more important to share that here and now.
We can provide a guest parking pass which allows for free parking at the yellow top street meters as well as the residential streets above Hermosa Ave. This will allow you to park in a single spot for up to 72 hours (exception for street sweeping once a week). Pass can be checked out our nearby office. Requires a $400 security deposit which will be refunded once pass is returned.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
