There is a $25 weekly gate fee per vehicle for guests due to the 24-hour gated security and privacy of this villa which is located inside the Leamington neighborhood within Palmetto Dunes Resort.

This elevated first floor ocean view villa is a great choice for your next Hilton Head Island vacation. The kitchen has new countertops, custom cabinets, a ground coffee maker and Keurig machine and bar seating for 2. The dining area has seating for four. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two club chairs, a new 55” Smart TV/DVD. From the living room there is a slider to the balcony with ocean and pool views with seating for 4.

The master bedroom has a king bed with new mattress (April 2024), TV and private bath with new large walk-in shower and two sinks.

Board games are provided for children and adults!
Luggage carts are available in the covered garage parking area.
Bikes can be rented and delivered to the covered garage parking area where the bike racks are found.
Parking is free and available in front of the building or under the building where the elevator is also located to take you and your luggage to the first floor.

Pets are not allowed.

*Pool is normally heated March 15th till the end of April weather permitting. We cannot be held responsible for the unscheduled closures of the amenities managed by the regime.
