Relax at Sunset View Entire Chalet @ The Hideout Resort

Love your stay in the Poconos at Sunset View! Enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking a beautiful sunset over the golf course. Hang out with friends by the fire pit with plenty of shade from the sun during the spring/summer months. During fall/winter months, cozy up with hot chocolate indoor by the fire place or head out and enjoy the snowy slopes! We are located within walking distance to the community restaurant, walking trail, golf course, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), and recreation center featuring a gym & arcade room. There are 2 private beaches in the community only 10 min car ride away and a quick 7 min ride to the closest beach.

House Rules.

1. Guest and visitors must comply with all the parking regulations and speed limits posted during the stay. Please note that there will be fines from the HOA that the guest will be responsible for if rules and regulations are violated.
2. Please do not wear shoes inside the house as there is carpet on the 2nd floor. We do have shoe rack in the first floor and the inclosed deck will also have places to put your shoes.
3. No smoking inside the house. This is a family friendly cabin and any extensive interior cleaning will solely be paid by guest(s). After smoking outdoor, cigarette buds need to be put out and tossed away in the garbage.
4. There is no parties or events. Please be respectful to the residence in the area. Keep the noise down to the minimum after 8 pm.
5. Fire pit needs to be put out after use and make sure to not let it burn when no one is around.
6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without approval. You will be asked to leave and your booking will be canceled with no refund.
7. Please make sure nothing is flushed down the toilet besides toilet paper, anything else can cause damage to the pump and grinder.
8. There are 2 security cameras located outside of the house facing both entry doors.
9. If there are any damages during the stay please report it.
10. Please take the trash with you after your stay to the garbage collection area at the north gate. Do not leave trash out as there are wild life in the area.
11. When checking out send a message to let us know. please make sure to have all the lights, ac, heat, fans turned off and doors and windows locked.
12. The car garage and owner storage will be locked during the stay.
13. The house can park up to 3 cars please don’t park in the street as that is not safe or allowed.
14. All guest badges are to be put back in the same area after the stay. Any lost badges will cost $50 to replace.
15. No fireworks on the property or the community.
16. Please pick up and clean up after your pet(s). All dogs is to be leashed at all times throughout the community. Please keep in mind that dogs are ONLY allowed in the dog parks and hiking trail. No dogs are allowed elsewhere such as beaches, pools, lakes, picnic areas and etc.
17. Pet fee is as followed : $75 per pet per stay with maximum allowed of 2 pets. Please bring what is needed for your pet(s) as we do not provide anything for pets such as bedding, towels, crates and etc. Please do NOT use towels, beddings and pillows provided, for pets. 18. We do allow last minute bookings, but any booking that is booked within 3 days of your stay will incur a $100 fee that will need to be paid prior to your stay with us.
