Cozy Year Round Lakefront Cabin- Family & Dog friendly- Private Dock
The "Kozy Cabin" is located on 75 ft of Lake Front on beautiful Johnson Lake in Arbor Vitae/Woodruff just 7 minutes from the heart of Minocqua. Best of both worlds- just minutes away from great restaurants and fun AND IT IS RIGHT ON THE LAKE. 20 minutes from Boulder Junction. 15 minutes from St. Germain.
This is our family cabin and is a great place to unplug and unwind and simply enjoy the serenity the Northwoods has to offer.
A gradual slope leads to private dock and mix of sand/rock frontage which is perfect for adults and for kids of all ages.
Johnson is a full rec lake so bring you water skis or your boat in the summer and don't forget to bring your fishing poles!
You'll also enjoy easy access to the snowmobile and ATV/UTV trail systems offering literally hundreds of miles of groomed trails throughout northern Wisconsin and upper Michigan. And be sure to visit some of the neighboring towns to discover fabulous restaurants and a wide variety of shopping options.

Location: Johnson Lake (85 Acres) Full Rec Lake.
Occupancy: 5, 2 adults + 3 kids.
Dock: Private and seasonal.
Kitchen: 12cup coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, waffle maker, electric fry plan, sandwich maker, cups, coffee mugs, plate, utensils, pots and pans.
Bathroom: Linens provided. Toilet paper and hand soap provided.
Washer/Dryer: No
Bedrooms: 2 ( King bed, Twin over Full Bunk)
Bathrooms: 1 Bath/Shower combo
Living room: Couch with pull out bed( linens not provided) and 2 reclining chairs

We are a family of 5 with 2 red labs. We came across this area in 2018 on a camping trip to the UP and instantly fell in love!! We have been coming back ever since, each time exploring more of the surrounding areas and more restaurants, we have not found an eatery or location yet that we do not throughly enjoy! We equally enjoy summer & winter! We describe the Minoqua area to our friends as a 'laid back summer & winter spot that is full of fun surprises at every turn'. We hope you fall instantly in love just as we did!
