* A starter set of toiletries and products are provided when you arrive. this includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap along with 1 roll of paper towels, kitchen towels, a sponge, dish soap, a few detergent pods and laundry pods just to help you get settled. 

Beach Accesses: 
Beach Access- Deer Lake State Park- less than .08 mile west, offers restrooms, golf cart parking and is open 9-sunset for a $5 park fee, accessible by car, golf cart or bike. 

Gulf Lakes Estates Access - less than 1 mile East of Prominence and accessible by bike or foot only 

Seabreeze Beach Access - 1.2 miles east with cart parking nearby 

Seacrest Beach access - accessible by bike and cart parking nearby 

RESERVATION NOTE:
A signed RENTAL AGREEMENT Is REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS and will be shared at the time of Booking

Accidental damage protection is included with reservation 

Cancel Policy allows for cancellations outside of 30 days to receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee 
All pets will require a $250 pet fee applied to the reservation and will be requested at the time of your stay through Airbnb.
