No detail has been overlooked in the remodel of this exotic Palm Springs home, nestled in the Sunrise Park neighborhood of our gorgeous city!

The exclusivity of the home starts the minute you walk in the walled-in courtyard complete with mid-century seating and decor! This 3-bedroom home offers you an open and airy living space with the most fantastic pops of color with the most exciting fireplace colors you'll find in any PS Home.

There is plenty of room for your group with the 1626 square feet of home. Each bedroom offers a unique theme and color palette. Monogrammed robes are avaialble for you to add the sprinkles to the sundae that is this fabulous home. The cherry on top you'll find in the backyard with a mural wall to reflect the iconic Birdcage bus stop, complete with newspaper stand. That's what sets this home apart from any other, those details to add luxury and ambiance to your stay here in the Desert!

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.

Birdcage

This property was ideal for our vacation needs for a week after a family wedding in Carlsbad. Our family of three was joined by a cousin and her husband.The house looks exactly like the listing photos with a fine 1950s retro vibe including many pastel color. The house has three bedrooms with two en-suite bathroom and large walk in closets. The king size beds in two bedrooms was a bonus.The pool was nice and large enough for laps. We paid the surcharge for heating the pool as we had a cold spell for part of our stay. It was worth it.The outdoors has plenty of longes, a hot tub with spa jets and an outdoor shower. The is a propane fire pit and a great grill connected to the house natural gas.The kitchen is well laid out and appointed. The tvs in the living area and bedrooms are first class.they contain the necessary APs to migrate your home premium services.You must understand and comply with local noise ordinances…we understood and there was no problem.The house is close to downtown and numerous restaurants that we booked in advance(suggested).While there were two supermarket Albertsons was a good familiar type a nearby, a bit further away is Jensen which is spectacularly good and worth the extra drive (they have many prepared meals and sell wagu beef top grades for the grill.The house is nearby virtually everything and the managers friendly and attentive.A gem of a listing and we hope to return.

A fabulous, unique property

This location is like having your own personal boutique hotel. Tons of style, a quiet, comfortable property with lots of space. Just a fantastic, well-organized spot.

Super Cute/Beautiful House!

The property was beautiful and so fun! Our nieces loved it the aesthetics were to perfection. The instructions for the outside lighting and trying to get the tv in the rooms To work we’re a little bit of a hassle. Property management was ok, selectively response. Not bad but definitely NOT above and beyond. Our frenchie ran away and they didn’t respond to any messages asking about the ring camera to find out what time he left or if someone has taken him. We ended up getting a call from the animal shelter, there was absolutely no follow up on losing the dog either. House was amazing though! I was a little unhappy with also having to drive to management in downtown area after being in traffic for 3 hours to sign a contract.
