This list includes but is not limited too: A-Mountain, ASU, Chicago Cubs Stadium at Sloan Park, The Tempe Marketplace, Mill Avenue, The Scottsdale Entertainment District in Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Golf Course & Casino, Top Golf, and so much more.

* KITCHEN *
This home has completely been remodeled. Every bedroom has a mounted 55 inch LED Amazon FIRE TV offering guests complementary Live Streaming YouTubeTV. Each bed is furnished with premium cotton sheets, ultra plush pillows, modern design coverlets and hand selected throws. No detail was overlooked.

* BACKYARD *
Sitting on just over a quarter of an acre, this backyard is absolutely perfect for guests to unplug, let go, and enjoy. The backyard features an outdoor dining table that seats 8, an L-shaped propane BBQ with a high-top bar seating 6, a 55 inch outdoor LED Roku television, Ping-Pong table, an all natural gas and custom built fire pit, a 4-hole undulated putting green, and to top it all off with a year-round 10 foot swimming pool. Set the mood and enjoy the true ambience with the click of a button and watch the entire backyard perimeter illuminate with cafe our lights.

This home is all yours. All guests and vacation renters will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owners Closet located at the end of the hallway.

This vacation rental is nestled in a quiet little pocket in north Tempe roughly 1 mile southeast of the major crossroads of Broadway & Rural Road. This home sits perfectly at the end of a cul de sac offering guests a massive backyard lot that has been completely renovated and remodeled along with generous neighbor setback lines to give you your privacy.

Ride share from Uber or Lyft is all you will need. You will be anywhere and everywhere you want to be within just 10 - 15 minutes due to this rentals central location. You are no more than a 15 minute Uber ride directly north up Rural Road into Scottsdale to some of the hottest spots such as: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale's Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town Scottsdale's Shopping District, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, Top Golf and so much more.

* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $35 per day from October through December and $50 per day during High Season from January through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.

* NATURAL GAS FEE: There will be an additional flat rate charge of $50 per reservation for use of the Natural Gas for the Fire Pit. Additional propane tanks for the BBQ will be available and accessible upon request.
 
* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* REQUIRED STATE VERBIAGE: All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

* QUIET HOURS: The City of Tempe enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors by not having any large gatherings in the backyard past 12 AM (midnight). Any violation received by Tempe PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.

* Please be sure to shut and lock ALL DOORS throughout the entire property prior to departing. These doors will include:
 
- Back Patio Door in Kitchen
- Backyard Sliding Glass Door
- Carport Garage Door

* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises. Please note you are not required to do any laundry. 
 
* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food. 
 
* Trash gets picked up every WEDNESDAY morning bright & early in the back alley - so please be sure to take your trash out prior.
 
* Recycling gets picked up every MONDAY morning bright & early - so please be sure to wheel it to the edge of the driveway on Sunday evening (the night before). The blue recycling bin is located just through the right-side backyard gate on your immediate left.
 
* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. 
 
* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio only). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.

* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.
 
* Be mindful and careful of other people's property. 
 
* * * Please Note: This rental property is guarded by NEST Security Cam. There are 3 NEST security cameras on property. There are 2 cameras in the backyard and 1 in the front yard. These cameras are both motion and sound activated and will turn on to record when triggered.
 
- Backyard: One camera is facing the back RV gate & the other is facing the main pool entrance for liability reasons.
 
- Front Yard: The 3rd camera is in the carport area facing the driveway.

* Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should NOT be left unattended near or around the pool area. Guests acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around the pool area and hereby assumes any & all responsibility.

It was a short stay for us we definitely wish we could have spent more time at the property. The cabin was extremely clean and well kept. Views from the cabin are amazing. The cabin is close enough to town and the National park but secluded enough to relax away from the buzz of people!

Now, a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. I moved down to Arizona when I was 18 back in Fall of 2000 to attend Arizona State University. I am the second youngest of five boys that grew up in a strong Italian household. My family is my rock and my brothers mean everything to me. I am attached at the hip to my beautiful partner Sage Honga of 8 years and counting - and as of recently we have the most beautiful daughter who was born on June 3rd, 2020 right here in Scottsdale. Arizona is now home to me and my family and I look forward to expanding my business down here in the southwest.
