The home comes fully equipped for prime coastal living with an enclosed yard with a furnished upper deck and ground-floor patio.

After days at the beach, unwind on the breezy covered patio while enjoying cold drinks at the palapa bar or in one of the Adirondack rockers. As the sun sets gather around the firepit for starlight conversation and S'mores.

Showcasing inviting, beach themes and decor, the interior comes well-appointed for modern guest comfort. The kitchen comes ready for home-cooking with all the utensils and major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A dedicated beverage cooler keeps happy hour drinks on-tap. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and the dining table seats six. Spend time with friends and family in the living room, equipped with a smart TV and selection of games and toys for at-home entertainment. Central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
