Guest Access:
While staying in our home, you will have full access to the main part of the house to include the hot tub for enjoyment at any time, the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the screened-in covered porch which are all private areas of the house for this listing. You may also access and used the shared laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer! Our goal is for you to not only make yourself at home, but to truly feel at home and at peace while staying here in OCC!

Similar to a hotel room, we rent out the master bedroom/bathroom unit which is on the other end of the house, completely separate with its own private entrance, and keyless entry to the shared laundry room, which is the only shared area.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is nestled just on the north end of Old Colorado City, easily accessible from Colorado Ave or Uintah Ave! It's charming! It's peaceful! It's just the kind of place you want to stay because no matter what direction, nothing takes too long to get to!

Getting Around:
There is parking for 2 cars in the front of the house as well as plenty of parking at the back of the house! Please keep in mind we will be having some construction taking place on site so the parking availability at the back of the house may vary depending on the day.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
